Robosaurus and MORE! Night of Fire on July 3rd at LVMS!

Annual Night of Fire July 3 at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway features holiday fireworks, Robosaurus, Jet Car burn, NASCAR racing

The annual Night of Fire – the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s Independence Day Weekend spectacular – will take place on Sunday, July 3. This year, the fireworks, Jet Car burn and 76-lap NASCAR Super Late Model feature will be joined by the world-famous Robosaurus, the fire-breathing, car-crushing mechanical dinosaur.

Robosaurus stands 40 feet tall and weighs 30 tons. It belches flames 20 feet in length as it picks up and destroys junk automobiles in its path.

Not to be outdone in the flame department, the molten mayhem Jet Car burn features a jet-powered dragster completely destroying a junk car or motorhome.

Lantis Fireworks of Utah will present the spectacular pyrotechnics display at approximately 10:10 p.m.

The Whelen All-American Series NASCAR Super Late Models will compete in a 76-lap, $2,500-to-win feature. Past winners of the 76-lap event include Charlie Wahl (2010), Justin Johnson (2009) and Matt Jaskol (2008).

Also competing on the night’s racing card are NASCAR Chargers, NASCAR Bombers, Legend Cars and Bandoleros.

Spectator gates will open at 5 p.m. General-admission parking always is free.
