On June 1, 2011 the 9th Ladies Night Out took place at MJ
Christensen Diamonds (http://www.mjchristensen.com/.) Everything came together including
the nice breezy weather to help celebrate the survivors of Breast Cancer and to help those that are still fighting this
disease. This event raises much needed funds for the Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation,
(http://www.komensouthernnevada.org/)
and thanks to the great sponsors and the wonderful ladies of the Las Vegas
Community a record $6300 was raised
and donated!
On hand to Emcee the event was
local radio personality Steph Mackenzie

Jimmy and SKG’s Stephanie Kirby
called out the raffle winners of over $20,000
dollars of donated prizes. Among this was also a special auction that took
place for a rare one of kind item; a fully restored by Ricks Restoration of Las Vegas (www.ricksrestorations.com) 1940’s Kotex (working) dispenser. This
item provided quite the conversation piece and was won by local lady
Claudia!
