Playboy Club inside Palms Casino Resort Names Ariane Rodriguez Miss Playboy Club for April
Playboy Club inside Palms Casino Resort hosted its Miss Playboy Club model search Thursday night (3.31.11), naming Ariane Rodriguez winner for April 2011. Rodriguez, 30, is a Las Vegas resident and works as a cocktail waitress.
Spotted at a VIP table was Arizona Cardinals athlete Derek Anderson with a group of five friends. He was seen sipping on mixed drinks. Anderson was also seen enjoying the atmosphere in Moon Nightclub.
