Take A Sip For Scholarship At the 37th UNLVino Wine Festival March 31-April 2! On March 31, 2011, Southern Wine and Spirits will kick off the 37th Annual UNLVino® to benefit UNLV’s hospitality student scholarship. Known as Nevada’s largest and oldest wine festival, UNLVino is comprised of three major events from March 31 to April 2 that are held at Crystals at CityCenter, the pool at The Mirage and Paris Las Vegas. Every year, the famed fundraiser delivers memorable evenings full of extraordinary champagnes, premium sake, world-class wines, award-winning cocktails and handcrafted beer. This year’s events are:

At each event, UNLV students will present The Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence to an outstanding leader who has distinguished themselves in the hospitality industry by setting an example through their inspirational leadership, character and work ethic. This year, Chef and Restaurateur Todd English, Felix Rappaport, President and COO of The Mirage, and former Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous host Robin Leach, will be honored with the Dom Pérignon Award of Excellence.
