New Shopping Area in Tivoli Village Coming Soon!!

Set to open in spring 2011, Tivoli Village at Queensridge announced today five new tenants, expanding the distinct mix of retailers and restaurants that will populate the 2 9 -acre mixed-use development in northwest Las Vegas.

As construction continues and Tivoli Village begins to come to life, several new venues will join the development’s premier collection of tenants including Charming Charlie, Tivoli Irish Pub, Petra Greek Restaurant, Roc of Republic Couture and Obika Optical & Sunglasses.

Named a “2010 Hot Retailer” by International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) earlier this year, Charming Charlie will open a 9 ,000-square-foot location inside Tivoli Village .  The fashion accessory boutique concept continues to expand with nearly 100 locations throughout the country since its inception in 2004.

      

“We’ve received several requests from our customers for a Las Vegas location so we’re very excited to bring Charming Charlie to Tivoli Village ,” said Patty Fadhouli, director of marketing for Charming Charlie. “Being recognized by ICSC earlier this year was such an honor and we are excited to be entering such a great market. It will be a great fit.”

Also opening at Tivoli Village in spring is Tivoli Irish Pub, from the creators of the popular Miami-based Brickell Irish Pub.  Tivoli Irish Pub will feature an extensive selection of beer, whiskey and cocktails along with lunch, dinner and late-night bites – all while staying true to the classic “pub” experience.

These new venues join an impressive of list of tenants that have already been announced including Kidville, Cantina Laredo, BRIO Tuscan Grille, Ratskeller, Pesci’s Pizza, Sushi Bar, lifestyle boutique CORSA and Ritual Salon & Spa.

Tivoli Village at Queensridge is located in one of the most affluent sections of Southern Nevada , adjacent to the master planned community of Summerlin and just 11 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. It is a distinctive environment that has been masterfully designed with custom stonework and intricate metal nuances that carry the craftsmanship of a centuries-old European village. Tivoli Village is being developed by IDB Group USA and Executive Home Builders (EHB).
