A vigil in memory of Debbie Flores-Narvaez will be held at Luxor 11 a.m. to noon . The service will pay tribute to the life of Flores-Narvaez with a video presentation. Friends and family will be welcomed to speak at the event. The service is open to the public.
There has been a donation account created to assist the Flores-Narvaez family with funeral arrangements.
