Studio 54 inside MGM Grand was buzzing when adult film star Tera Patrick joined club-goers for the sexiest party on The Strip last night. Following the infamous AVN Awards, Patrick retreated to the illustrious nightclub where she hosted a hot, Vegas-style party with friends and fans.
Patrick arrived on the red carpet in a sexy fuchsia cardigan held together by nothing more than safety pins. The brunette bombshell accentuated her long, lean legs with a fabulous black, sparkly mini skirt and rocking fuchsia stiletto boots. Her long brown ponytail whipped from side to side as she pouted her luscious lips for cameras. Joining the AVN Hall of Fame member on the carpet were adult film stars and friends Charmane Star and Michelle Maylene, both wearing skin tight mini dresses and ready to celebrate their gal pal's successful career.
As the ladies made their way into Studio 54, DJ OB-one rocked the club with Beyonce's hit song "Single Ladies." "Tera, this is totally your song!" shouted her friends as they strutted their way up to Patrick's exclusive VIP table overlooking Studio 54's bouncing dance floor. The sexy starlets threw their hands up in the air, cheered and toasted to the night. Patrick and friends continued to dance the night away as they kept the party going into the early hours of the morning at Vegas’ most legendary nightclub.
