Celebs LOVE Celebrating B-Days surrounded by adoring fans!! RAY-J!!






















Ray J celebrated his birthday weekend at Vanity 1/16/11! He kept the party going Vegas style till 4 a.m. closing the club to the sounds of DJ FIVE and getting a jump into the Martin Luther King weekend celebrations before jet setting off to LA.
