Boyd Gaming's ‘B Connected Mobile’ Comes To Android IPAD

Furthering its industry-leading position in mobile technology, Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) announced the launch of B Connected Mobile for Android and the iPad – an application that provides personalized, up-to-the-minute offers and information directly to a customer’s mobile device.
B Connected Mobile is the smartphone extension of B Connected Online, Boyd Gaming’s online community of nearly half a million registered users. It is the first multi-property, loyalty program-based application of its kind available on three mobile platforms – iPhone, Android and iPad – making the tool accessible to a wide range of Boyd Gaming customers. (A Blackberry version is now under development, and will be available early next year.)

The latest versions of B Connected Mobile introduce a number of useful new features, including:
- Greater personalization -- customers can now designate their preferences, allowing the app to be tailored to the individual needs and interests of the user.
- Better communication -- the app can now send host and property messages directly to customers’ mobile devices, giving customers up-to-the-minute, personalized offers.
- Improved booking engine -- B Connected Mobile now provides customers access to the best rates available on hotel rooms.
Other existing features include: instant access to event information, schedules and special offers; “Locate Me,” a service that provides real-time information updates when a customer arrives at a property; Slot Search, a tool that helps customers find their favorite machines on our casino floors; and the ability to track B Connected point balances in real time.

B Connected membership is free and available at 13 Boyd Gaming properties: Gold Coast, The Orleans, Sam’s Town, Suncoast, California, Fremont and Main Street Station in Las Vegas; Blue Chip in Michigan City, Indiana; Par-A-Dice in East Peoria, Illinois; Sam’s Town in Tunica, Mississippi; Treasure Chest in Kenner, Louisiana; Delta Downs in Vinton, Louisiana; and Sam’s Town in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Membership in B Connected is available only to persons 21 and older.
