Tacos & Tequila Celebrates Mexican Independence Day with Mini-Mariachi Elvis and Host Lorena Peril
Tacos & Tequila’s (T&T) will celebrate Mexican Independence Day with an action-packed lineup of events on Wednesday, September 15. Hosted by Lorena Peril, lead singer of the sizzling adult revue, FANTASY, the event will include an Elvis look-alike competition, live mariachi music, drink specials and the worldwide premiere of “VIVA T&T,” a lively mariachi rendition of the classic Elvis film, “Viva Las Vegas” starring T&T’s own mini Mariachi Elvis.
The red carpet will include a lineup of Vegas’ most talented entertainers and celebrities including Peril, Carrot Top, the cast of FANTASY, Thunder From Down Under and Menopause The Musical, in addition to T&T’s own mini Mariachi Elvis.

T&T’s is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. In addition to the debut of the mysterious “Black Mamba Margarita,” drink specials include $5 Hornitos shots, $5 Dos Equis and $5 Hornitos margaritas until 11 p.m. Appetizing food specials will be available all day long with a special happy hour menu from 4 to 7 p.m. featuring live music by T&T’s house Mariachi band. Ongoing Cock-A-Doodle Duel competitions and house DJ Ernan will keep the fiesta going well into the night and the Mischieve Photo Booth and airbrush tattoo station will provide the perfect ammunition for a memorable night.
