On June 24, Phantom – The Las Vegas Spectacular made history when more than 1800 “Phantoms” gathered at The Phantom Theatre at The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino to celebrate the legendary show’s fourth anniversary on the Las Vegas Strip. Audience members were transformed into “Angels of Music” and for one record-breaking moment The Phantom Theatre was home to more than 1800 “Phantoms,” the largest gathering of “Phantoms” ever.
Following the performance, cast members, led by the show’s “Phantom,” filed into the audience handing commemorative versions of the iconic mask to the sold-out house setting the record for the world’s largest gathering of “Phantoms” ever assembled in a single location. As with any production orchestrated by “The Phantom,” it ended with the crash of the $5 million, 2,000-pound chandelier.
