R&B artist and chart-topper Ne-Yo (real name Shaffer Smith) dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Thursday night (5.20.10). Accompanied by a party of five, Ne-Yo and guests started with the shellfish platter and signature rock shrimp. He had the lemon chicken for his main course.
