Pink Taco, the Mexican eatery at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, celebrates Cinco de Mayo with outstanding food and drink specials and live music to create the ultimate fiesta. Guests can indulge in $2 chicken or steak tacos from 11am – 5pm and half-off select appetizers from 5pm – close. Feeling thirsty? Pink Taco will be serving up $20 buckets of beer all day and $5 Patron shots from 5-6pm and $5 Correlajo from 7-8pm. To spice up the atmosphere, a live 12 piece Mariachi Band will entertain guests from 8p-10pm. Pink Taco is popular for putting a California spin on traditional Mexican dishes.
