- Spring is in the air, which means warm weather, sunny skies and a whole lot of Springtime Fiesta at Sammy Hagar’s rockin’ Cabo Wabo Cantina. The dining and live rock music venue blending the cool, laid-back vibe of Cabo San Lucas , Mexico with the excitement of the Vegas Strip, will kick off the month of March with wild and crazy Spring Break specials and enough basketball madness to make the crowds go wild.
Cabo Wabo Cantina will host a Spring Break fiesta that even the Red Rocker himself would be proud of. Known for being the ultimate Spring Break party spot, Cabo Wabo will offer $4 Dos Equis Lager and Coors Light draft beers, $5 select bottled beers, and drink specials daily from 9 p.m. until close. True Hagar fans will relish in their adornment for the Red Rocker with Cabo Wabo’s “Show Us Your Ink – We’ll Buy You a Drink” contest, giving revelers the chance to show their ink on stage for a complimentary Waborita. And for those bearing a Cabo Wabo or Sammy Hagar tattoo? Another shot on the house. On Friday and Saturday nights the party will continue heating up with live rock bands taking the stage at 9:30 p.m.
- Cabo Wabo Basketball Madness
With 10 big screen televisions showing the college basketball action and slam-dunk food and drink specials, Cabo Wabo will be a favorite spot to catch all the NCAA madness. Beginning Thursday, March 18, through Monday, April 5, the cantina will offer $4 Dos Equis Lager and Coors Light draft beers, an unlimited draft beer package for $25, and baskets of crowd-pleasing favorites, like chicken wings, fries, chicken fingers and guacamole during game time. And for those lucky fans whose college teams manage to make it into the final playoffs, Cabo Wabo will throw in a 20% discount for revelers rooting their teams to victory during game time.
Sammy Hagar’s hard rockin’ dining and nightlife experience Cabo Wabo Cantina combines the laid back beach-town vibe of Cabo San Lucas , Mexico , with the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip. Blending coastal Mexican and Tex Mex cuisine, the menu offers a tantalizing mix of flavorful food, killer margaritas, and an awesome venue where it is never uncommon to catch the red rocker himself jamming out with a live set on stage. Located in Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Cabo Wabo Cantina opens daily at 11 a.m., with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights from 9:30 p.m. until close and a Rockin’ Mariachi Brunch on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
