Las Vegas’ first Smashburger location had a packed kitchen on Tuesday afternoon when comedian George Wallace stopped by to perform the first ceremonial “smash.” Pawn Stars’ personality Chumlee also stopped by and funnyman Wallace, who was out promoting his April 1st car giveaway that will take place during his show at the Flamingo Hotel, gave Chumlee a lesson on making a mouth-watering Smashburger. The group then chowed on Smashburgers and shakes and posed with franchisees Jerry and Kim Gunderson (center) and management as they were presented with a proclamation from Mayor Oscar Goodman's office naming March 16 Smashburger Day. (Mayor Goodman was not in attendance). The restaurant officially opens on March 17 at 10am to the public.
