The Orleans Hotel has a tempting tasty new menu for you!

Canal Street at The Orleans Hotel and Casino Introduces New Menu Traditional Fare Along With Guest Favorites Part of Dinner Selections Canal Street restaurant, located inside The Orleans Hotel and Casino, recently launched a new menu, created by Rene Werner and Chef Philip Bonanno. The Orleans’ director of food and beverage and executive chef, respectively. The menu combines guest favorites along with adding fresh twists on familiar recipes. According to Werner, who refreshes the Canal Street menu approximately every 18 months, variety in entrĂ©e selection using fresh ingredients is only part of the menu revision puzzle. An assortment of hot soups, fresh salads and delicious sides rounds out the dinner menu. Specialty items include Four Onion Soup, Lobster Bisque, Bayou Crawfish and Citrus Salad, Blue Cheese Scalloped Potatoes and Four Cheese Lobster Mac and Cheese. Several “Old Vegas” desserts have been added to the menu, such as Baked Alaska and Cherries Jubilee. “In addition to Chef Bonanno and myself, Chef Anthony Oliva and our Sommelier John Messana have been integral in the continued development of our menu selections,” continued Werner. “Messana has carefully selected wines that complement many of the items on our new menu.” Canal Street hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
