Yesterday, three-star Michelin Chef Pierre Gagnaire gave New York food critics an exclusive sneak peak of his award-winning cuisine that will soon be revealed at his first US restaurant, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire opening this December at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. The private luncheon, which took place at Mandarin Oriental, New York, was attended by Rajesh Jhingon, general manger of Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas and more than 40 food focused media members salivating for the chance to experience a sample of his innovative French menu.
