Where do the celebrities like to spend their 21st birthdays…Blush inside Wynn! Fresh off the Teen Choice Awards, cast members from The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Sonny with a Chance and Princess Protection Program hit the dance floor Tuesday night at Blush Boutique Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas to celebrate celebrity publicist Chris Rossi’s 21st birthday. The group had a great time dancing with each other and taking photos. A source says the group was really sweet and just having a really great time goofing around and dancing on the dance floor.
