Las Vegans can get a chance to learn a thing or two about the art of cooking from one of their own. Chef Marco Morillo, a Las Vegas native and University of Nevada Las Vegas graduate, will return to his roots for a special, three-day, limited engagement cooking show inside the M Resort’s state-of-the art Studio B Show Kitchen Buffet on Friday, August 14, Saturday, August 15 and Monday, August 17. Chef Morillo will perform three culinary demonstrations each day at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. There is no charge to be a part of the live audience. Space is limited to 30 people per day.
