Last night "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" actress Francia
Raisa celebrated her 21st birthday in true Vegas-style with a birthday
blow out at Blush Boutique Nightclub inside Wynn Las Vegas. Prior to
heading to Blush where Francia and her girlfriends spent the night dancing
away, the group attended a performance of Le Reve.
Francia who recently split from boyfriend Shane Sparks missed him by just
a week as Sparks hit the dance floor at Blush during the hip hop
championships just last Sunday.
