On Wednesday, popular rapper and television star, Flava Fav, was spotted at Hooters Casino Hotel. Flava Fav was hanging out on the gaming floor and spotted talking to the World Famous Hooters Girls. He was spied received VIP treatment through-out the property. Flava Fav is known for his outlandish outfits, including wearing over-sized clocks around his neck; he wears the clock to remind people how precious time is. While at Hooters, Fav was seen sporting one of his large signature watches.
