Las Vegas’ award-winning chefs and culinary masters from Caesars Palace, The Cromwell, The Venetian® and The Palazzo® will come together to showcase their extraordinary talents during the Grand Tasting at the 10th anniversary of Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit. This year’s event, located at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace, will feature more than 50 award-winning chefs and over 100 premium wines and spirits curated by Southern Wine & Spirits from around the world.
Additionally, iconic chef Wolfgang Puck will be presented with the first ever Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing him as an industry trailblazer who set the precedent for fine dining in Las Vegas. His restaurant, Spago, was the first of its kind and helped to root what has grown into a dense culinary landscape in Vegas.
