Hash House A Go Go and KVVU Fox 5’s MORE! anchors team up to celebrate National Burger Month by creating their own one pound stuffed burgers and donating a portion of the proceeds to the charity Best Buddies. Fox 5’s Jason Feinberg, Monica Jackson and Rachel Smith recently joined up with Hash House A Go Go Chef Anthony Vidal to put their culinary skills to the test. Each anchor created their own signature one pound stuffed burger which will be available for brunch and dinner at Hash House A Go Go May 15 through May 25.

The dynamic trio will be pitted against each other to find out whose burger best satisfies the taste buds of the community. The best-selling burger will earn its creator the honor of having all the proceeds from National Burger Month donated to Best Buddies in his or her name. Best Buddies is an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by providing opportunities for one-on-one friendships and integrated employment. All three burgers have two Certified Angus Beef patties with stuffing in between and come with lettuce, onion and tomato on a fresh bun. Feinberg’s “Meowy-Wowy Burger” comes stuffed with delicious caramelized onions and classic barbeque sauce. Jackson ’s “Hot and Spicy Mama Monica Burger” is stuffed with zesty chipotle adobo and smoked cheddar cheese. Rachel Smith’s burger, “It Ain’t Easy Being GOAT Cheesy,” is a tasty concoction stuffed with jalapeño olive tapenade and goat cheese. The burgers will be available during brunch and dinner for $9.95 each with $2 from each burger purchased donated to Best Buddies. Sides are not included in the price but can be added for additional fees.

Legendary Hall of Famer and former Houston Rockets guard Calvin Murphy will sign autographs at the Hoop Hall Experience (HHX), the official Basketball Hall of Fame’s touring exhibit, at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino 6:30 – 8 p.m. Friday, May 15 and 1 – 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 16.

Basketball Hall of Fame’s Hoop Hall Experience is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily with last admission at 8 p.m. The exhibit will be on display for a limited time. Tickets are $15 (adults), $12 (seniors 65 and older and military), $10 (children 4-12); for Nevada residents, $12 (adults) and $8 (children) and are available at Planet Hollywood’s central box office on the mezz. New Show Coming to the Imperial Palace!

Details of the new headlining show presented by Smokey Robinson at Imperial Palace will be revealed. There will be a short showcase of the show, followed by interviews with the cast, Smokey Robinson and Imperial Palace President Don Marrandino.

The group coming to the Imperial Palace Showroom has toured with top names in the music business including Celine Dion and Michael Jackson. They have 23 platinum records and five number one albums. The show is presented by Smokey Robinson and is the first new production in the showroom in 26 years. The theater has undergone major renovations to welcome this exciting new venture.

SIEGFRIED & ROY’S SECRET GARDEN AND LION CUBS BIRTHDAY PARTY!

Today was a very special day at The Secret Garden...someone had presents and cakes! It was the tiger's cubs 1st Birthday! Those cute little bundles of fur (150 lbs!!) On hand to celebrate were living legends Siegfried and Roy who sang "Happy Birthday" and blew out the candles for the frolicking kitties. After the celebration came a special treat for fans as The Magicians of The Century signed their re-issued book, ‘Siegfried & Roy: The Magic Begins at Home.’ Many fans lined up and were delighted to meet these two in person!

Never one to let an opportunity slip by I also decided to check out the rest of "The Secret Garden." In a word amazing, both Siegfried & Roy and The Mirage must be commended for their dedication to the preservation of lion, tigers, jaguars and...dolphins and furry woolly alpacas!! If you live here in Vegas re-visit this special place and if you are on your way to Vegas make it a must see!

Tigers are 7-10 feet from tip to nose. They weight anywhere from 200 to over 575 pounds! Average life span is 15-20 years.

There are several generations of dolphins at The Secret Garden, Mom, Daughter, Dad, Uncle and Grandma! In the protected habitat dolphins can live more than 25 years. A pregnancy usually lasts 52 WEEKS..YIKES! However they only give birth every two to three years.

Lions are between 300-570 pounds. The average life span is between 15-20 years. Whew a lion pregnancy last 14-16 weeks and they generally give birth to 3-5 cubs.

Michael Buble' Sighting in Las Vegas!

Canadian singer Michael Bublé visited BODIES… The Exhibition and Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition inside Luxor Hotel & Casino on Sunday. Michael was accompanied by a female guest he called “Lou,” reportedly an actress from Argentina.

After his tours, Michael signed the BODIES guestbook, “What an amazing treat!”
