Nick Cannon Appears At Sugar Factory In Vegas!

Nick Cannon, host of "Wild 'N Out," rapper, actor, comedian, entrepreneur, record producer, radio and television personality, appeared at Sugar Factory American Brasserie at the Fashion Show in Las Vegas on Sunday July 9th. While there, he talked with movie producer and owner of Hollywood's TCL Chinese Theatre Elie Samaha and Sugar Factory founder Charissa Davidovici about their upcoming collaboration on Theatre Box, opening in San Diego in spring 2018.

"Theatre Box is truly a one-of-a-kind 70,000 square-foot entertainment complex with eight luxury theatres and 700 seats combined, including San Diego's first IMAX theatre," said Samaha. "It will house the world's largest retail confectionary store and the first TCL Chinese Theatre outside of Hollywood, and we're looking forward to combining the signature services and experiences from each brand."

"We're excited to partner with TCL Chinese Theatre and Nick Cannon to bring our world-renowned sweets and treats to San Diego," said Davidovici. "Guests will be able to enjoy our full restaurant menu right at their movie seat, including the signature goblets, over the top desserts and insane milkshakes, while watching the latest blockbuster and everyone will receive their own theatre box to choose their favorite candies. No other theatre in the world has a candy store with more than 500 selections!"

"I can't wait to show Theatre Box to you all!" said Cannon. "It's going to have the very first Wild 'N Out sports bar and arcade with 15,000 square feet of giant screen TVs, amazing cocktails and the newest interactive games mixed with old school arcade entertainment."

In addition to the new features, Theatre Box will also include TCL Chinese Theatre's iconic movie star handprints and footprints such as John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Tom Cruise, The Rock, Jack Nicholson, Paul Newman and Sophia Loren. There are also plans for a beer garden on the rooftop and star-studded LA movie premieres with much more to come.

Nick arrived to the red carpet wearing a red varsity jacket before heading into the candy store. Exclaiming his love for candy, Nick filled bags with tennis balls sour gumballs, gummy octopuses and fried eggs, watermelon fruit sours, cotton candy crunchers, psychedelic jawbreakers and Sugarpova gumball sporty mix.

He graciously stopped and posed for photos with fans and kids in the restaurant before heading upstairs to the Chocolate Lounge with a group of Wild 'N Out girls. After taking photos and selfies on the whimsical carousel, the group sipped on the brand new Insane Campfire Spiked S'mores Coffee Milkshake, Frozen Chocolate Bacon S'mores, Frozen Chocolate Spiced Coffee, Mai Tai Goblet and White Gummy Goblet. Nick also enjoyed Drake's specialty Night Owl goblets, made with Virginia Black Whiskey.

The group dined on dishes including club sandwich, bruschetta, chicken and waffles, bleu cheese bacon burger and salmon salad.

Theatre Box will be located at 4665 Clairemont Dr., San Diego in the Gaslamp District.

Positive Message! Jenni From "Flipping Out" To Host Miss You Can Do It Pageant

After two years of judging and three years of hosting the Miss You Can Do It Pageant, actress and longtime supporter Jenni Pulos returns to this beloved event, serving once again as the host of this year’s empowering pageant.

Held since 2004, the Miss You Can Do It Pageant provides a supportive and inspiring evening for women and girls with special needs and challenges. On July 22, 2017, contestants will gather at the Adler Theater in Davenport, Iowa, to experience the challenge and compete for the crown.

Jenni Pulos, who is best known for her hit Bravo TV show "Flipping Out," has been a big part of this non-profit event for five years, and is thrilled to assume the role of host for this year’s pageant. The pageant and the non-profit organization hold a very special place in her heart, as both a mother and an advocate for women’s rights. Pulos will lead an evening of smiles, laughter and fun for each contestant and their families.

Founded in 2004 by Abby Curran, who won the Miss Iowa USA 2008 pageant, the Miss You Can Do It Foundation is designed to instill confidence in the minds of women and girls with challenges and/or special needs. It's a celebration of feminine strength and resiliency, created to remind them that anything is possible – if you just believe.

Curran, who has Cerebral Palsy herself, was the first Miss Iowa USA contestant and winner with a physical disability. Before her journey, she recalled feeling as if she shouldn’t even enter the competition, but after being inspired by the words of former Miss America Shirley Cothran Barret, who simply said, “I’ll try,” she jumped right in. The Miss You Can Do It Foundation that Curran spearheads works to show girls of all ages exactly what it suggests, that they, too, can do it.

The pageant begins at 5 p.m. CST at the Adler Theater in Davenport, Iowa.

Chateau Nightclub Rolls Out Red Carpet For Female MMA UFC Fighters

Valentina

Michelle
Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop at Paris Las Vegas rolled out the red carpet for two of the fiercest female MMA fighters in UFC during after-parties on Friday and Saturday night in honor of the 2017 UFC International Fight Week.

After participating in the ‘Women of UFC’ panel and autograph sessions, Michelle ‘The Karate Hottie’ Waterson hosted the Friday after-party, arriving at the club with her husband, Joshua Gomez, and a group of friends. Dressed to impress in a black and elegant skin-tight dress paired with black stilettos, she posed for photos on the red carpet. As she made her way to her lavish VIP booth in the center of the club, she was surprised with a confetti shower raining over the crowd and she was presented with a “Michelle” sign by Chateau servers. Surrounded by panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, Waterson took to the DJ booth to pump up the crowd, and partied throughout the night.

Following the surprise cancellation of her fight against Amanda Nunes, Valentina ‘Bullet’ Shevchenko arrived at Chateau on Saturday with a large group of friends. Opting for casual jeans paired with a blue long-sleeved shirt with an intricate, golden design, she posed for photos on the red carpet before entering her soiree. The decorated kickboxer and muay thai fighter enjoyed her private VIP booth and bottle service, while mingling with fans. Her night continued with a confetti shower raining over the crowd as she, too, was presented with signs by Chateau servers. The rooftop club might not have been the octagon ring, but that didn’t stop Shevchenko from having a good time and partying into the early morning hours.

The club’s new throwback night, Moon Tower Thursdays, feature hits from the 80s and 90s and a “power hour” special of $3 select beers and cocktails from 10:30 p.m. until midnight.  Locals receive free cover, excluding special events, and general admission starts $30.
