In the spirit of spreading love before the Valentine’s Day holiday, Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is kicking off February by launching a Locals Night at Las Vegas North every Wednesday starting February 10.

From 4 p.m. until closing, locals (with proof of residency) will receive complimentary valet parking, free Locals Discounts from center retailers, and a free gift just for shopping with Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. The Oyster Bar at Santa Fe Station is now open, serving dinner nightly in the northwest Las Vegas hotel and casino destination. Led by Chef and Louisiana native Megan Estoup, the menu features a variety of seafood dishes that the popular Station Casinos' seafood concept is known for, as well as specialty items that were created exclusively for the Santa Fe Station location.

Like its sister location at Palace Station, The Oyster Bar is an inviting experience set in an intimate space, with seating for 25 guests.  The restaurant is designed to emulate the atmosphere of a modern coastal San Francisco Pier oyster bar, with a vibrant blue color scheme that lends an ocean feel throughout the space. Guests are greeted with a raw bar that showcases a rotating selection of fresh seafood, such as Alaskan king crab legs, colossal lobster tail, New Zealand mussels, littleneck clams, loup de mer, shrimp and a variety of oysters.  An L-shaped bar provides seating for an up-close-and-personal view of the open kitchen, creating a playful and interactive dining experience, and this location features a few table options for diners as well.

Celebrated dishes found throughout The Oyster Bar family, served in plentiful portions, include an assortment of pan roasts (creamy tomato stew cooked with fresh seafood and sautéed with a hint of Brandy, served with steamed rice), gumbo (a rich Creole stew cooked with Andouille sausage, okra and a choice of fresh seafood, served with steamed rice), clam chowder (Manhattan and New England selections), cioppino (a hearty fisherman's stew prepared with shrimp, crab, cod, mussels and clams, served with steamed rice), seafood jambalaya (shrimp, crab, lobster, Andouille sausage, mussels and clams braised with rice and Creole spices) and fresh oysters on the half shell.

Seasonal positions include: lifeguards, admissions, guest services, emergency medical technicians, maintenance, food and beverage, retail, operations and security.  Several seasonal supervisory positions are also available.

“This is going to be an exciting fourth season at Wet‘n’Wild Las Vegas and we are seeking team members who are enthusiastic about welcoming back guests and greeting new visitors to our park,” said General Manager, Takuya Ohki.

According to Ohki, the park is more than just Las Vegas’ summer playground, it’s an engaging and fun workplace where employees receive great perks such as: free park admission, park discounts, flexible hours, training, reward programs, and an end of summer appreciation party.

Following online submission, the Wet‘n’Wild management team will review applications and contact select applicants during the next few months to conduct interviews.
