Hip hop group Far East Movement was spotted at TAO Nightclub on Friday night. Upon arriving, they took the stage to surprise partygoers with an impromptu performance of a few of their biggest hits. After the performance, the group spent the rest of their night partying as Kennedy Jones set the soundtrack.

28th Annual Black & White Party In Vegas Seriously FUN For A Great Cause!

Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN) hosted the 28th annual Black & White Party at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas last night. With black and white attire as the only dress code, the dichromatic fashion ran the gamut from couture cocktail dresses to painted on pasties. 3,000 guests filled the venue to party for a good cause, raising nearly $130,000 to benefit AFAN's client service programs.

 Host Bryan Chan introduced performances from Jabbawockeez, Melody Sweets, Sky Dee Miles, Jubilee!, Chase Brown, Lorena Peril, new show LIMELIGHT and more. Star of RuPaul's "Drag Race" Shangela (D.J. Pierce) was a highlight of the night and posed for photos with guests. The night was full of surprises as Chan invited some of his pals from Chippendales to the stage for an unforgettable performance.

With 2014 being AFAN's 30th anniversary, the organization honored some of their original founders with the "Right to Wear Red," including Wes Davis, Mel Pohl and Senator David Parks. AFAN's board members and executive director Antioco Carillo welcomed the nominees and recognized their lasting contributions to the community.

Guests enjoyed food & beverage samplings from Vegas' top chefs and mixologists including Culinary Dropout, Maggiano's, Pink Taco, 35 Steaks + Martinis, Jamba Juice, Popcorn Girl, Ferraro's, Aliante Casino + Hotel and Back Bar USA.

Rapper Common Takes The Stage At Marquee Nightclub!

Monday night, rapper Common hosted the official Creative Recreation party at Marquee Nightclub. Sporting a pair of Creative Recreation shoes, Common walked the red carpet before heading inside where he took over a VIP table near the dance floor with several friends. Shortly after, the rapper took center stage to treat the crowd to a high energy performance of some of his biggest hits including "Make Her Say," "Go" and "Universal Mind Control." While on stage, Common interacted heavily with the packed dance floor, holding several excited fans' hands from the stage, taking photos and even including a few shout outs to certain partygoers during his impromptu freestyle rap. The surprise freestyle incorporated everything from Creative Recreation to Las Vegas to Marquee. With one particular line, "get live like we at the Marquee, say we came to party!" he ignited a "we came to party" chant from the excited crowd. Upon finishing his performance, he returned to his table and enjoyed the sounds from DJ Politik.

Television personality and fashion designer Whitney Port dined at TAO Asian Bistro. Joined by two friends, the trio sipped white wine and enjoyed the restaurant’s signature Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass.

Last movie of the season! Movie nights are free with the price of admission and are an added benefit for Season Pass holders. During the day, guests can take advantage of the park’s many slides and attractions including the new Tornado extreme funnel slide that provides a zero gravity experience, and then catch great movies under the stars every Friday night. 

Dive‘n’Movies will be every Friday from June to Aug. 22 at the Red Rock Bay Wave Pool which will transform into a unique outdoor cinema. Guests will be able to view blockbuster films while relaxing on inflatable tubes, available to rent, or on lounge chairs enjoying popcorn and other snacks.
