NFL athletes Carson Palmer (Cincinnati Bengals) and TJ Houshmandzadeh (Seattle Seahawks) dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Saturday night (1.23.10). With a party of four, the group started with a variety of signature appetizers including the rock shrimp, lobster pot stickers and calamari. They continued to dine family- style by sharing the sauteed organic salmon, sea scallops and shellfish platter for their main courses. Executive Chef Barry Dakake sent out a few desserts to finish their dinner.

Also at N9NE Steakhouse was MLB athlete for the Chicago White Sox Jake Peavy with three others. Peavy enjoyed the 24-ounce ribeye with skinny fries.

At another table, Dana White and three friends indulged in the signature rock shrimp. For his main entree, White feasted in the 8- ounce filet mignon with a side of creamed corn.

Later that evening at ghostbar, Palmer and Houshmandzadeh enjoyed the scene from a VIP table with eight friends.

Also at ghostbar was Steven Jackson of the St. Louis Rams who sat at a table with a party of three.

Over at Moon Nightclub, illusionist Criss Angel partied at a VIP table with eight friends.

At Playboy Club, music sensation Matt Goss sat at a VIP table with eight others. Goss' resident show at Palms known as "Matt Goss Live" concluded with its last night earlier that evening. Playboy Club celebrated the performer's successful run by showing a video from his last performance. Goss signed autographs and took photos with fans.

Friday, Jan. 22

Academy Award-winning rap group Three 6 Mafia (DJ Paul and Juicy J) joined Z-Trip for a special performance at Z-Trip's Revolution inside Rain Nightclub Friday night (1.22.10). Following the performance, the group hung out at a VIP table on the stage where they sipped vodka cocktails and Perrier Jouet Champagne. Prior to taking the stage in Rain Nightclub, Three 6 Mafia had dinner in Nove Italiano with a small group of friends.

Inside ghostbar, semi-retired basketball player and current broadcaster Malik Rose was joined by two friends for cocktails prior to heading down to a table on the dance floor at Rain Nightclub for Z-Trip's performance with Three 6 Mafia. Also inside ghostbar was professional poker player Antonio Esfandiari who was drinking Ketel One cocktails with a lady friend.

Quarterback for the Oakland Raiders Brad Gradkowski was joined by a group of five friends in Moon Nightclub. They were drinking Ketel One cocktails at a private table on the dance floor.

Saturday night the weekend long birthday celebration for Dan Finnerty of The Dan Band continued at LAVO inside The Palazzo. Thrown by his wife Kathy Najimy, the dinner was attended by celebrities including Meg Ryan, Ricki Lake and Nia Vardalos. The group enjoyed LAVO favorites such as Margherita Pizza, Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, Tuna Tartare and dessert of Oreo Zeppole along with Grey Goose cocktails and tequila.

Jay Sean @ Blush - look for it soon on My Space!

Down singer Jay Sean performed the hit song Tuesday night atop the bar at Blush Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas. The British songwriter followed his 20 minute performance by drinking Grey Goose and Dom Perignon with friends in a VIP area. The performance was filmed by MySpace and will be featured on the site next week.

The UNICEF Tap Project was created to awareness of the world water crisis and vital funds to help the millions of children it impacts daily. All funds raised support UNICEF's water, sanitation and hygiene programs, and the effort to bring clean and accessible water to millions of children around the world. Kid Rock - IN n Out Burger - Jim Beam - Truly a Great Guy @ LAVO!

Kid Rock aka Bob Ritchie celebrated his 39^th birthday in true Vegas style Sunday night at LAVO . The rocker gathered a crew of friends and flew in Sunday evening, with only one request upon landing… In n Out Burger, please! After getting the snacks delivered to his room (only a rock star can pull that off), he washed it down with some beverages and listened to some music in his Palazzo Penthouse suite. After a few hours of pre-partying he made his way down to the red carpet… people all through the casino were screaming happy birthday and he bashfully waved and said thank you to all. He stopped on the carpet and posed with his trusty bottle of Jim Beam that he had stashed in his back pocket.

After red carpet duties complete he made his way to LAVO private dining room where he and his friends feasted on LAVO’s Italian fare. A gold birthday cake emblazoned with an Old English style “D” across the front to represent his home town of Detroit was presented and everyone had a bit before making their way to the club. DJ VICE started up a rock set upon Kid Rock’s arrival at his VIP table on the dance floor in front of the DJ booth, then VICE led the room in wishing the rocker a happy birthday as a giant cake – a 2 foot tall exact replica of a Jim Beam bottle was delivered to his table.

In awe and shock, he grinned like a child. He got on the mic to thank everyone and though he felt a little awkward, he thanked the crowd saying, “For everyone who came here because they know me and everyone who doesn’t… thank you all. God bless you and God bless America.”

VICE killed it with an hour long rock set he put together just for the birthday boy. While the ladies swarmed, Kid Rock took time to make someone’s day. A paralyzed Iraq war veteran had come early and waited in hopes to meet his icon and it paid off. Kid Rock invited him in to his table, and he and the man spent twenty minutes deep in conversation, even exchanging emails. The rocker was overheard saying he much he wants to help him. He spent a couple of hours in the club and at 3am took the party back upstairs to the penthouse. He was gracious and generous, even tipping the bathroom attendant $100.

In the house on Sunday night (Jan. 17), we had Congresswoman Shelley Berkley, former Peepshow star Mel B, and chart-topper Pink with husband Carey Hart. Pink surprised Bette with an impromptu duet of Bette's beloved hit "The Rose." Bette was speechless and truly surprised when Pink walked on stage and began singing. The two ladies embraced and swayed as they sang together. Priceless!!
