DAYLIGHT Beach Club, located at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, returns for the 2023 pool season featuring beats by Jaime Da Great Friday, March 10. Opening weekend also will feature music by Kid Funk Saturday, March 11 and DJ Sincere Sunday, March 12.

The "Battle of The Brackets" Parties Begin On 3/16 Through 3/19 At Gatsby's & Eight Lounge

The Annual March Mania Viewing Parties Are Coming To The Plaza Hotel & Casino

 The Plaza Hotel & Casino will host its annual March Mania viewing parties Thursday, March 16 through Saturday, March 18 in its showroom, where the games will be viewed on an expansive 24-foot LED video wall. Doors open at 8 a.m. each day.

 Single day tickets are $100 per person and include entry to a raffle and unlimited draft beer.  Groups can reserve tables for 4 or 6 people. Atomic Museum Invites Students To STEM Event This Coming Week-End

 Replica of the Trinity Gadget inside the Atomic Museum.

The Atomic Museum invites middle and high school students interested in science, technology, engineering and math to its next STEM Saturdays event on Saturday, March 4 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. In partnership with the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) and the Clark County School District’s Career & Technical Education Department, the March event will include two presentations on chemistry and industrial hygiene.

NNSS employees will conduct the “elephant toothpaste” experiment to teach students about chemical reactions and the importance of wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent hearing loss in hazardous work environments. Lastly, participants will enjoy a complimentary lunch and a free guided tour of the museum’s main gallery.

PUPS Galore! Pet & Lifestyle Brand Sgt. Puppa Celebrates Grand Opening

The luxury retail investment group, BVRGRP, and entrepreneur Eloise Monaghan, hosted a celebratory grand opening soiree for SGT PUPPA, a pet & human lifestyle brand for the fashion-forward pooch, at Fashion Show Las Vegas. Princes Penelope and I had such a grand time! She was running around saying hello to all of the other doggies. Her Best Fur friend Aurora also came and loved posing with her Chippendale! 

The brand debuted its first retail location with an invite-only red-carpet event with celebrities, influencers, and their pups while the DJ played paws-itively upbeat tunes and VIPs sipped on themed paw-ty cocktails. Monaghan commemorated the evening with a complimentary toast. We were also treated to a FABULOUS swag bag, and the pups LOVE their Sweet Potato treats!

Get Your NASCAR Going! Pre-Race Concert With Uncle Kracker On 3/5/23

 

Uncle Kracker will help NASCAR fans get revved up for the Pennzoil 400. The multiplatinum singer-songwriter will headline the pre-race entertainment on Sunday, March 5 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with a concert on the start-finish line.

 The Michigan native and feel-good rocker will perform hits from each one of his albums and showcase songs that have made him one of today's top post-rural artists in country music. He is expected to take the stage at the speedway at approximately 11 a.m.

Rafting Adventures Return To Lake Mead for The 40th Season!

Lake Mead Mohave Adventures (LMMA) announces the highly anticipated return of its Hoover Dam Rafting Adventures this spring. Relaunching for its historic 40th season, visitors can take the Hoover Dam Raft Tour and Hoover Dam Postcard Tour every Thursday through Sunday beginning Thursday, March 2. Additionally, the first 500 visitors booking tours beginning April 1, will receive a Hoover Dam Rafting Adventures branded waterproof dry bag valued at over $25 to keep items dry and safe while boating, swimming, and rafting.

“Since 1983, these tours have provided generations of visitors with the ultimate Colorado River adventure,” said Chad Taylor, director of marketing and guest experience, at Lake Mead Mohave Adventures. “Combining breathtaking views of Hoover Dam with relaxing and informative rides down the river, these tours continue to serve as the best family-friendly activity during the spring and summer months.”

Offering memorable excursions along the Black Canyon National Water Trail on the majestic Colorado River, all tours feature up-close photo opportunities at the base of the Hoover Dam beneath the Mike O’Callaghan Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge—the widest single-arch concrete bridge in the Western Hemisphere.  Visitors enjoy a journey down the Colorado River while riding motor-assisted, inflatable rafts through the spectacular Black Canyon. Guests begin their journey at the Hoover Dam Lodge in Boulder City, Nevada, for check in at 10:30 a.m. before embarking on a 1.5-hour journey along the Colorado River. Guests enjoy up-close views of the Mike O’Callaghan Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge while rafting along the Colorado River at the base of the Hoover Dam before boarding tour buses back to the Hoover Dam Lodge.
