DWTS "Perfect Ten Tour" Takes Time Out For 4th Of July At Azure Pool

On Saturday, July 4, cast members from Dancing with the Stars: Live! sashayed into their swimsuits and spent Independence Day at Azure Luxury Pool at The Palazzo® Las Vegas. It was the ideal way to relax during their day off from the 'Perfect Ten Tour' at The Venetian Theatre before gearing up for their second show July 5.

Cast members included champion Melissa Rycroft, along with cast members Witney Carson, Artem Chigvintsey, Keo Motsepe, Emma Slater, Alan Bersten, Brittany Cherry, Sasha Farber, and Jenna Johnson.  The group dined on delicious dishes from Wolfgang Puck and sipped on champagne.

Dancing with the Stars: Live! is a 90-minute production, produced by Faculty Productions in association with BBC Worldwide. The show features brand new choreography never before seen on the show, exciting and romantic performances, and some of the most memorable numbers from all 10 years of Dancing with the Stars.

"Throwback Sizzling Jam" Comes To The Orleans On 7/17

Seven talented R&B artists will perform their classic hits on one stage during “Throwback Sizzling Jam” at the Orleans Arena on July 17. The lineup includes Frankie J, 112, Dru Hill, Silk, Next, H-Town and a special exclusive performance from Keith Sweat.

Frankie J has multiple Billboard Top 100 hits including “Don’t Wanna Try,” and he was featured in Baby Bash’s “Suga Suga.” In 2013, he released his album “Faith, Hope y Amor.” The album was nominated for “Best Latin Pop Album” at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards.

R&B quartet 112 members are Quinnes “Q” Parker, Daron Jones, Marvin “Slim” Scandrick and Michael Keith. The group is known for hits such as "Only You," "Anywhere" and the Grammy-nominated single, "Peaches and Cream.”

Multi-platinum R&B group Dru Hill has recorded seven Top 40 hits, including "In My Bed," "Never Make a Promise" and "How Deep Is Your Love.” Group members are Larry “Jazz” Anthony, Tamir “Nokio” Ruffin, Antwuan “Tao” Simpson and lead singer Mark “Sisqo” Andrews.

Best known for their hit singles "Freak Me" and "Happy Days" from their debut album “Lose Control,” Silk has made an impact in the R&B industry. Members include Tim Cameron, Jimmy Gates, Gary “Big G” Glenn, Jonathen “John-John” Rasboro and Gary “Lil G” Jenkins.

Next is best known for the songs “Too Close,” “Wifey” and “I Still Love You.” Recipient of the Soul Train Music Award for “Best New Artist,” H-Town’s signature song is “Knockin Da Boots.”

Keith Sweat is known for his Billboard Hot 100 hits “Twisted,” “Nobody” and “Come and Get With Me,” featuring Snoop Dog.  Sweat’s only performance for “Throwback Sizzling Jam” will be in Las Vegas.

The headlining event will be the “Mandalay Beach Craft Beer and Barrel Festival,” held from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29 at Mandalay Bay. Guests may enjoy dozens of spirits and craft beer barrel stations serving a variety of the country’s best beers, along with award-winning cuisine by a selection of Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino’s top chefs. Sarah Johnson, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino’s Director of Food & Beverage and Nevada’s first female Certified Cicerone®, will serve as the host for the entire event. Chateau Nightclub Hosting A Memorial Fundraiser For Former Employee

Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop, located at Paris Las Vegas, will host a memorial fundraiser on Wednesday, July 8 to benefit the family of Grant Prestwidge, who passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 30.

Prestwidge was a beloved member of the Chateau family and had worked as a VIP host at the club for three years. On Wednesday night, 100 percent of the admission costs and 10 percent of the sales will be donated to a trust for his young daughter.
