Experience "The Hangover Experience" NOW At Madame Tussauds Las Vegas

Last Thursday, Jan. 1, Madame Tussauds Las Vegas launched its newest themed room, The Hangover Experience, complete with the notorious hotel room and a wedding chapel. Also making its debut was Madame Tussauds’ brand new figure of “Alan” (played by Zach Galifianakis in The Hangover films) who joins the figure of “Phil” (played by Bradley Cooper in the films). The 1,100-square-foot room, based on Warner Bros. Pictures’ The Hangover, pays homage to the popular comedy trilogy, whose original movie turns five this year.

The newest wax figure to join the Wolf Pack, Zach Galifianakis as “Alan,” is appropriately styled in his iconic “Human Tree” T-shirt, white jeans, sneakers and, of course, his famous satchel.

Created in conjunction with Warner Bros., Madame Tussauds began creating The Hangover Experience in July 2014. As for the creation of the “Alan” figure, a team of 20 Madame Tussauds studio artists began creating in March 2014. They were inspired by his comic demeanor in the film including his ensemble, as well as his look and mannerisms.

The Hangover Experience is now open to the public

Frenzied Party Goers Welcome 2015 At Hakkasan In Vegas!

Excitement was in the air at Hakkasan Nightclub for NYE 2015  as the popular destination hosted a three-day New Year’s celebration to close out 2014 alongside unrivaled artists including Calvin Harris, Tiësto, Hardwell and more. Pulling out all the stops to bid farewell to an astounding year, the renowned nightspot opened its doors Tuesday, Dec. 30 for the special affair. Between the top-tier talent, stunning aerialists and champagne showers, the bash was in full force as partygoers danced their way into 2015.

Kicking off the bash on Tuesday was none other than the World’s No. 1 DJ Hardwell spinning fan-favorite hits as guests reveled in the music with good company. Opening for the popular DJ was newcomer Kill The Buzz while DJ Crooked spun his hits in the nightspot’s third-level Ling Ling Club. Flying confetti and awe-inspiring performances were in abundance all evening so party patrons could squeeze the most out of the fading year.

Calvin Harris
Amping up the festivities Wednesday, Dec. 31 was GRAMMY Award-winning artist and Hakkasan resident Calvin Harris. Stopping to take some photos with fans, the in-demand headliner made his way to the DJ booth to ring in 2015 like a champ among sin city’s best party patrons. Transforming the entire venue at midnight, the over-the-top countdown was truly a sight to see as confetti cannons let loose, shimmering balloons rained from the ceiling and spectacular aerialists flew through the air on playful dragons brought in for the special occasion. Dancing the night away below the production, clubgoers took a second to soak up the surroundings before harmoniously toasting in the New Year. The third level of the nightspot was hopping all night as Hakkasan regular DJ Ruckus took over the beautifully crafted Ling Ling Club for an alternative way to spend the awaited countdown.

Tiësto
Closing out the three-day soiree and performing his first set of the New Year was Hakkasan resident DJ and producer Tiësto, Thursday, Jan. 1. Bringing his famed “Club Life” set back to Hakkasan for a special New Year’s bash, partygoers from all over the world gathered to give an explosive start to 2015. Gearing up for his birthday later this month, the international DJ sensation kept the energy up with well-known hits such as “Red Lights” and “Wasted” while guests danced and rejoiced for the first night of the New Year. Rising electronic music star and producer MOTi opened the main room on Thursday with an unforgettable performance while DJ Crooked kept the Ling Ling Club in full party mode. With 2014 in the rearview mirror, Hakkasan Nightclub is ready for yet another year full of unbeatable artists night after night.

John Legend & Sizzling Chrissy Teigen In Vegas!! Where?? Why??

On Jan. 3, 2015, Grammy award-winning artist John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen hit the Las Vegas Strip to celebrate the singer’s 36th birthday at Foxtail® Nightclub inside SLS Las Vegas®.

The couple began the evening with a private dinner at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés™ before arriving to the venue around midnight. John dressed in an all black suit posed for pictures on the red carpet before entering the nightclub hand-in-hand with his wife. The crowd went wild as John took the stage to perform his smash hits including “Tonight (Best You’ve Ever Had),” “All of Me” and “Green Light,” as he serenaded his wife, seated at the VIP table, during the entire performance. At the end, the entire crowd sang “Happy Birthday” as confetti filled the stage in celebration of the R&B crooner.

Following his performance, the singer stopped to take pictures with adoring fans as he made his way back to the VIP table to join his wife and friends. John and Chrissy were all smiles, when presented with his music-inspired birthday cake and Ace of Spades champagne bottles. The lovebirds were adorably affectionate and spent the majority of the evening in a nook, overlooking the dance floor. Chrissy, wearing a chic white jumpsuit, was seen sitting on her husband’s lap, while John stole many kisses from his wife. In true Vegas fashion, the champagne was flowing and the group celebrated until the early morning hours.
