“We
always look forward to these events each
year...not only do we get the opportunity to
give back to the community, we get the chance to learn more about these
wonderful local organizations,” said Tim Jorgensen, general manager for House
of Blues Las Vegas.
Over
the last two years, the events have raised nearly $65,000 for the local
non-profits and have hosted celebrity guests including Holly Madison and Criss
Angel.
There
are dates in January remaining for charities interested in getting involved. Dates
are offered on a first come, first served basis; organizations are advised to
sign up early. Those non-profits should reach out via email to Holmes Pooser at

Game is an immersive sports-viewing and dining experience for sports fans who

longer than a regulation basketball court – line the walls of The Game,
including 15 75-inch screens.

region. “Whether you are looking for
every play of Sunday football action or the excitement of championship baseball,

Delicious
food and more than two dozen craft beers will augment The Game experience. In
addition to sports bar staples, the menu includes signature dishes like Spicy
BBQ Habanero chicken wings, Build Your Own Angus Burgers, fish tacos and
flatbread artisan pizzas. The Game will also feature a selection of
hand-crafted brews from local breweries, including favorites like Pale Ales,
Irish Stouts, Belgian-style Saisons and more.
The
debut of The Game is part of an ongoing upgrade of select amenities at the
Suncoast and other Boyd Gaming properties across the Las Vegas Valley. Later in
the year, work will commence on a complete redesign of nearly 400 guest rooms
by Avenue Interior Design of Los Angeles, the design firm that recently oversaw
a similar room project at Boyd Gaming’s Borgata Hotel Casino Spa in Atlantic
City, N.J.

room design inspiration will be drawn from the breathtaking views of the
surrounding landscape at the Suncoast – the vision is clean, modern, stylish
and inviting,” said Jenna Rochon, designer with Avenue Interior Design.

entertainment experience to residents of the northwest Valley,” Thompson said.
“By reinvesting in our product, we are giving our customers new reasons to

Fans
gathered at M Resort Spa Casino’s M Pavilion on Saturday evening to witness the
Next Generation, a concert performed by the sons and daughters of Hollywood
legends: Dean Martin, Judy Garland, Louis Prima, Mel Torme and Jerry Lewis.
For
the first time ever, the all-star cast, Ricci Martin, Lorna Luft, Lena Prima
and Steve March-Torme, took the stage together, presenting audiences with
beautiful renditions from their parents’ musical repertoire while Master of
Ceremonies Anthony Lewis emceed the event. A series of amazing video montages
and a powerful 10-piece band, directed by Gary Anderson, delivered an
outstanding performance, envisioned by executive producer Patty Ascher.
Prima
started off the evening with the upbeat hit, “When You’re Smiling,” and
performed a selection of her father’s songs, including “Just A Gigolo.” March-Torme followed with renditions of
“Sweet Georgia Brown,” “The Trolley Song” and “Swingin’ At The Blue Moon Bar
& Grille,” while Martin filled the crowd with excitement singing a variety
of his father’s hit songs including
“Memories Are Made Of This,” “That’s Amore” and “Everybody Loves
Somebody Sometime.” The evening commenced with Luft’s delightful renditions of
“The Man That Got Away” and “Zing! Went The Strings Of My Heart,” followed by a
thrilling encore of “Smile,” performed by the entire cast. Originally performed
by Nat King Cole in 1954, “Smile” had special meaning as it was also sung by
Judy Garland and was the theme song of The Jerry Lewis Show from 1967-1969.

Anticipation
filled the air on Saturday when more than 40 pageant hopefuls from all across
the state of Nevada attended the official 2015 Miss Nevada USA and Miss Nevada
Teen USA pageant orientation at Life Time Athletic Summerlin. Home of LifeSpa +
Salon by Michael Boychuck, located inside the first floor the upscale gym, the
salon is the official hair sponsor for the Miss Nevada USA organization. Former
Miss USA and Executive State Director of the Miss Nevada USA organization,
Shanna Moakler, was in attendance, accompanied by former Miss USA Alyssa
Campanella and current Miss Nevada Teen USA Alexa Taylor.
Throughout
the event, the beautiful contestants received information about the upcoming
pageant, taking place on Sunday, Nov. 23 at the Atremus W. Ham Concert Hall on
the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus. The contestants also received some
pageant insight and advice from the reigning Miss Nevada Teen beauty, Taylor
and former beauty queens Moakler and Campanella. The Miss Nevada beauties had the opportunity
to participate in an exclusive runway walking class taught by Campanella. To
conclude the day, the contestants enjoyed a high-energy Zumba class taught by
Life Time Athletic Summerlin instructor Ginger Campbell.

competitions to the country’s renowned pageant system, the Miss Universe

Top Female Guitarist Malina Moye Gets Memorabilia Case At HRH In Vegas!
“I am
extremely honored and proud to be a part of Hard Rock history and to be in the
company of so many great artists,” she said, surrounded by friends and family.

The
case features the guitar she played during the 2010 Cowboys/Vikings game where
she was the first African-American female to perform the National Anthem on a
guitar at a major sporting event. Also in the case sits the jersey and boots

Moye
has opened for performers such as Journey and Robin Thicke and was the only
