More EDC Happenings From Vegas At Hot Nightclubs!

More than 400,000 tickets were sold to EDM fans from across the world traveling to Las Vegas this past weekend for Electric Daisy Carnival and EDC Week. Ensuring every dance music fan left happy, XS nightclub kicked off the festivities for early arrivers by opening for a special night on Thursday, June 19. Avicii drew in fans and DJ icons alike as he was joined in on stage by friends Tiesto, Sebastian Ingrosso, Diplo, and Axwell all stopping by to take in the set. Paris Hilton and the L.A. Kings championship team were also spotted in VIP as Avicii led the opening party for more than 9,000 eager party goers passing through the gold doors of XS throughout the night.

As the music festival kicked off Friday night at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, XS held its own on the strip with the only nightclub to catch a set by Zedd in Sin City this past weekend. Steve Angello kept the party going on Saturday night into the early hours of the morning, as his EDC weekend sets have so famously been known to do, while Skrillex took over the deck on Sunday night for a special edition of the notorious Night Swim, and the only place to catch his set this weekend.  Guests packed the pool, splashing and enjoying the set beneath the beautiful Vegas evening.

EDC came to a close Sunday but the party raged on at XS on Monday night as 10,500 fans, just shy of the venue’s attendance record set over Memorial Day weekend, stayed for back-to-back sets by Diplo and Skrillex as well as an appearance by RL Grime. At the conclusion of the weekend, EDM fans left Sin City eager to return to XS for upcoming sets by Redfoo on June 27, deadmau5 on June 28, Fedde le Grand on June 29 and Tommy Trash on June 30.

Some of the most powerful moments in Cesar’s live shows arise as he demonstrates his philosophy and techniques on stage with volunteer dogs and their humans. Cesar and his team will hold a dog casting to find local canines that have common misbehaviours. The team is looking for dogs with common misbehavior, puppies, overexcited teenager dogs, obsessed dogs, hyperactive dogs, rescued dogs with inspirational stories and even a pack of dogs.

The third and final night of the 18th annual Electric Daisy Carnival has come to a successful close. While we are sad to see you go, we’re grateful for the time spent together creating another weekend of unforgettable memories.

EDC welcomed a sold-out crowd of 400,000 smiling faces during three beautiful nights of love, music, art and community. Fans from 40 countries and all 50 states came together to witness performances from over 200 of today’s most popular and underground EDM artists.

The circuitGROUNDS stage expanded to almost twice its size in length this year, breaking the record as the largest clear-span structure in the world. Measuring 400 feet long, the stage also featured more than 750 lighting fixtures and 10,500 square feet of video panels that descended from the stage’s dome ceiling.

7UP brought the party to life with the dynamic and immersive experience at Stage 7. Fans experienced endless tracks from some of dance music’s hottest DJs, and were able to dance high above the crowds on an elevated catwalk.

Setting the scene for love and unity, approximately 70 legal weddings took place over the course of the three-day festival—more than five times the amount of weddings than last year. Couples stood beneath the specially crafted altars that featured a beautiful arrangement of vibrant daisies to share their vows.

EDC Vegas saw the return of many fan-favorite art cars, including the BoomBox, which welcomed performances from up-and-coming DJs and producers. Fans danced as they followed the mobile sound system throughout the festival grounds. The Mayan Warrior art car, making its first Las Vegas appearance after its debut at EDC Mexico, wowed fans throughout the grounds with fiery special effects and vivid LED lighting.

For the first time, Insomniac and Global Inheritance teamed up to create the TRASHed recycling store where fans could bring recyclable materials and earn points towards special merchandise. Each day, two fans that participated were randomly selected to be upgraded to VIP, and an additional two lucky attendees will receive tickets for next year’s festival. Global Inheritance is a creative, cause-based campaign that aims to educate individuals about the global issues that affect us all.

Art is Beautiful offers an urban-inspired immersive experience for a new generation of art and entertainment enthusiasts.  By eliminating the velvet ropes and formal museum environment, Life is Beautiful’s art programming allows festival goers to actively engage with critically-acclaimed artists from around the globe and from within Downtown Las Vegas’ progressive art scene.  Building on 2013's success, this year will include more street art installations, large-scale murals, fine art displays, and performance art. Learning is Beautiful

The Learning is Beautiful speaker series is designed to bring together inspiring and informative speakers from around the world to share their ideas and passions. This annual series is an ideal compliment to the festival’s art, culinary and music pillars. NeNe Leakes In Vegas...Where??

Sunday night NeNe Leakes was spotted at TAO with her husband Gregg celebrating their anniversary.  Dressed to the nines, the couple toasted with cocktails while enjoying appetizers and sushi from the Asian bistro.  Guests nearby noticed the reality star and stopped by her table to say hello. Leakes, of Real Housewives fame, is in Vegas to guest star in Cirque du Soleil’s Zumanity.

Scott "Property Brothers" Satisfy Sweet Tooth In Vegas!

Drew and Jonathan Scott, real estate’s twin brother duo and hosts of HGTV’s hit series “Property Brothers” and “Brother vs. Brother” held a family reunion yesterday at their home in Las Vegas with a candy lover’s dream table, courtesy of Sugar Factory.

To celebrate the unveiling of their new home, the talented brothers invited their closest friends and family for a day of fun in the sun, complete with Sugar Factory’s sweet confections, including miniature cupcakes, gummy bears, assorted gumballs, and colorful rock candy sticks. Guests were overheard complimenting the candy table with “oohs and aahhs.” The Scott Brothers said the table was a hit and Drew mentioned “he couldn't wait to work with Sugar Factory again.”
