Music Icon performs at Gallery Nightclub....go BUSTA!

Music mogul and industry icon, Busta Rhymes, spent an eventful Saturday night at Gallery Nightclub  www.GalleryLV.com inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Rhymes looked sinfully swagger in a Blow Clothing Collection T-shirt, blinged-out black sneakers and decked in diamonds, with a matching diamond and ruby pendant and pinky ring, as he made his way into the packed venue with a group of friends. The group took over the ultra-exclusive VIP area, directly in front of to the DJ booth, and began pouring Ciroc cocktails and sipping on Perrier-Jouët Fleur De Fleur Champagne.  Clubgoers scrambled to take snapshots of the famed artist, especially when he got on the mic and screamed, "How are you doing, Vegas? Gallery is the place to be tonight! Make some noise!"

The fast-rhyming lyricist enjoyed a few more drinks before he decided it was time to let loose and give the crowd what they really wanted - an impromptu, yet unforgettable performance. The dance floor went wild when Rhymes hit the mic again, spitting words like fire and getting everyone moving. The atmosphere was electric and Rhymes brought down the house for another pulse-pounding night at
Las Vegas' most alluring nightlife destination.

Gallery is a place where all the deepest fantasies can be explored from
10 p.m. until 4 a.m. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. For more information call 702-818-3700, or visit www.GalleryLV.com. Follow Gallery on Twitter @GalleryClubLV, or become a Facebook fan at facebook.gallerylv.com

Controversial KO of Ortiz by Mayweather at Grand Garden Las Vegas!

Mayweather KO'd Ortiz in the 4th in what is an understatement to only call a controversial ending

Here are the final moments of the fight when Ortiz had Mayweather on the ropes and a head but by Ortiz to Mayweather caused Referee Joe Cortez to pull the figthers apart....
from there what was confusion as Ortiz appeared to be trying to apologize to Mayweather....and out of nowhere Mayweather hit Ortiz with 2 blows to Knock Him out and end the fight.

The booing from the crowd was so loud in the
Grand Garden you could not hear any of the commentary in the the venue....and the champion once again Floyd Mayweather left the arena not applause or cheers but booing and jeers.

Paul Simon to be in Vegas for one night...tickets on sale soon!

Legendary artist Paul Simon has announced that he will return to the road this fall.  The dates will include a very special Las Vegas performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Monday, October 24 at 7:30 PM.
The set list will draw from Simon’s iconic career, including several songs that haven’t been performed live in many years. Also included will be tracks from So Beautiful or So What, his first new record in five years released by Hear Music/Concord Music Group in April to wide spread critical acclaim.  Fans can enjoy all of this up close in The Colosseum’s comfortably intimate setting.

Simon earned rave reviews on the spring leg of his US tour.  The Hollywood Reporter said he delivered, “an alternately beautiful and boisterous show…  It was raucous and rolling all night.”  The Los Angeles Times praised his, “rich, perfectly programmed concert,” noting that, “He received countless ovations,” from the sold-out crowd.  The Chicago Tribune summed up the tour’s powerful intimacy, saying, “Paul Simon has played stadiums and festivals. He's done Central Park. So it was a treat to see one of the most venerated songwriters of the last half-century turn the sold-out Vic Theatre into his living room.”

Joining Paul once again on the road is a stellar band of musicians including Cameroonian guitarist Vincent Nguini, drummer Jim Oblon, pianist Mick Rossi, saxophonist/keyboardist Andrew Snitzer, bassist Bakithi Kumalo, guitarist Mark Stewart, master percussionist Jamey Haddad and multi-instrumentalist Tony Cedras.
Produced by Phil Ramone and Paul Simon, with liner notes written by Elvis Costello, So Beautiful or So What is one of the most well reviewed albums of the year.  Rolling Stone magazine declared it, “Hisbest since Graceland,” and National Public Radio affirmed, “…his new music balances great poetry and pop. Paul Simon is a national treasure.”  Filter Magazine called the collection, “…a new masterpiece from the Picasso of music.”

Tickets for Paul Simon’s performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace will go on sale Friday, September 23 at 10 AM.  They may be purchased in person at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace box office, online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. Ticket prices are $145, $120, $85 and $59.50 (plus applicable taxes and fees).

GND's Bridget M.'s Birthday Week-End in Vegas!

Bridget and Nick

Iconic Playboy personality and former television star of “Girls Next Door,” Bridget Marquardt, celebrated her birthday with a special dinner at Sugar Factory American Brasserie www.sugarfactory.com at Paris Las Vegas last night.

Marquardt, dressed to the nines in a fitted teal dress with frosted Jimmy Choo heels, stopped into the dining hot spot with her beau, Nicholas Carpenter, an American film director. The couple and TNT's "Falling Skies" actor, Colin Cunningham, and close friends indulged in mouthwatering appetizers such as mac and cheese pops and mini-burgers and enjoyed a steak salad entree as they sipped on the eatery's signature Lollipop Passion goblet and S'mores cocktails. The bubbly blonde was pleasantly surprised with a signature Sugar Factory red velvet sundae with sparklers for her birthday dessert.

Birthday girl made a quick stop in the flagship retail store to get her sweet fix before heading to Gallery Nightclub to host a party inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The blonde bombshell had some fun posing in the Halloween display window that faces Las Vegas Blvd.  She made several requests of the signature Couture Pops and loved the new Violent Lips temporary tattoos. Marquardt was quickly swarmed by adoring fans and autographed some of the store's apparel including a pink Sweet Dreams Sugar Factory tank top and swirly pop candy.

Sugar Factory American Brasserie is an American take on a traditional French brasserie, serving delicious cuisine all day, and all night, along with an over-sized retail store and signature Chocolate Lounge.
