the hotel drive to the east side of the property and park in front of building

Foundation for the Arts, is opening its doors in Summerlin in Las Vegas August
20 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Soulfire Studios is a multi-disciplined,
state-of-the-art facility for dance, photography, and graphic design, offering
a diverse selection of classes including professional ballet, hip-hop, acting
and belly dance.
The grand opening event will showcase the exceptional
Soulfire Studios facility and will feature festivities such as face painting,
meeting ballerinas, story-telling and giving the first 15 girls under the age
of 7 attending the grand opening a free tutu.
Other prizes will also be awarded such as a free portrait session along
with the grand prize, one year of free tuition at Soulfire Studios.
Nadia Jaafar, studio co-owner, said, “Soulfire Studios is
especially proud of co-owner Karissa Schantol and several other staff members,
who are certified by American Ballet Theatre to teach the same curriculum used
at ABT’s
Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School in New York. The curriculum combines high
quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child
development. Soulfire Studios is the only facility in Nevada that
teaches this method of ballet exclusively.”
