- Sage – Celebrated Chicago chef Shawn McClain offers a three-course menu at his
AAA Four Diamond restaurant, featuring mouthwatering dishes such as Duck-Fat
Roasted Heirloom Beets and Shelton’s
Farm Organic Chicken with artichokes, chicken truffle ravioli and cippolini

- Sirio Ristorante –
Executive Chef Vincenzo Scarmiglia serves up two early evening menus in the
Caffe and main dining room. Each menu features three courses of Italian
classics, such as Spaghetti with veal and ricotta cheese meatballs; and
Lobster-filled Ravioli with fresh artichoke and tomato ragù. Caffe Price: $39;

- Jean Georges Steakhouse –
At Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s contemporary steakhouse, Executive Chef Robert
Moore’s three-course menu includes creamy Burrata Mozzarella with tomatoes,

- Julian Serrano – The
eponymous Spanish tapas restaurant from award-winning chef Julian Serrano
offers guests three courses spotlighting his native fare. Start with
Traditional Spanish Chicken Croquetas and then indulge in a Half Chicken with
sautéed cube potatoes and Spanish chorizo. Price: $39; Wine Pairing: $19
- Lemongrass – The Strip’s
first Thai restaurant has prepared a three-course menu featuring Vegetarian
Spring Rolls; Pad Pak with shiitake mushrooms, baby corn, asparagus and oyster
sauce; and Bua Loi, the traditional sticky rice flour dumpling with warm
coconut milk for dessert. Price: $39; Wine Pairing: $19
- Blossom – For an authentic
Chinese four-course menu in a lush environment reminiscent of an enchanted
garden, Blossom features Hot and Sour Soup; Crisp-Fried Beef Roll with enoki
mushroom and mandarin brown sauce; and Chicken Breast with macadamia nuts,
stir-fried bok choy and rice. Price: $49; Wine Pairing: $24
- UNION Restaurant &
Lounge – The Light Group’s Executive Chef Brian Massie has created a
three-course Viva ELVIS™ menu, with signature dishes such as King Crab &
Jalapeño Tacos, as well as Chilean Sea Bass with creamy risotto and rock shrimp
served in a lobster broth. Price: $49; Wine Pairing: $20

Saloon at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino is throwing an all-out birthday
bash for anyone celebrating an August birthday on Saturday, August 20. The
Irish hot-spot will cater to all August babies with free drinks from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.
In addition to free drinks,
all August birthdays to walk through McFadden’s doors will be entered in a
raffle for special McFadden’s birthday gifts. The celebration continues with a
“Happy 2 Hours” from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. for only $15, followed by an open bar
from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. for $20 for ladies and $30 for guys. All local ladies
will receive dollar drinks from 10 p.m.
until close, and everyone will enjoy $5 cherry and grape bombs.
McFadden’s presents nightly
specials including: Laid Back Mondays, Ultimate Karaoke Tuesdays, Totally
Trivia Wednesdays, Beerfest Thursdays, McFadden's LIVE Fridays and 'The Party'

Brandi Glanville hosted the
Second Annual Single & Fabulous Party at TAO Beach on Saturday with Hpnotiq Harmonie. Glanville, a new addition to the upcoming
season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, shared that she is dating
“everyone and no one” and that having great girlfriends is the best way to get
over a break up.
The mother of two and former
model looked stunning in a white bikini as she and her girlfriends danced
around the grand cabana overlooking the pool party. They toasted with shots of Hpnotiq Harmonie
and Brandi was surprised with a cake by Gimme Some Sugar. Sparking jealousy in females everywhere, she
snacked on Coconut Shrimp Tempura, French Fries and a Kobe Hot Dog.
Much to the delight of the
women partying at TAO Beach, R&B singer Maxwell arrived later in the
afternoon sporting Louis Vuitton swim trunks and no shirt, joining the birthday
party of TAO Group partner Noah Tepperberg.
