last, a happy hour you can really sink your sweet tooth into. Indulge your love
of chocolate at the new bar top happy hour at Max Brenner, Chocolate by the
Bald Man inside The Forum Shops at Caesars. Guests at the bar can enjoy some of
the famed chocolatier’s most popular dishes and desserts, wine and cocktails
for $5, additionally select beers are available for only $4. This special menu
is available Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. and from 9 p.m.
– closing.
Nestled inside The Forum
Shops, this sweet locale boasts a two-story restaurant, private dining rooms, a
balcony and a chocolate and gift shop. Huge bricks, candles, pralines, colorful
toy tins and crates filled with cocoa beans surround visitors and inspire a

the Bald Man
Chocolate Pizza Recipe
Pizza Dough or 1 pound
store-bought pizza dough
2 teaspoons unsalted butter,
melted
1/2 ounce milk chocolate
chips
1/2 ounce white chocolate
chips
1 cup chopped large
marshmallows or miniature marshmallows
Position the oven rack on the bottom of the
oven and preheat to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with
parchment paper
Roll the dough into a 9-inch round.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Using your fingers, make indentations
all over the dough. Brush with the melted butter. Bake until the crust is crisp
and golden brown, about 20 minutes
Immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips
and marshmallows. Bake until the chocolate just begins to melt, about 2
minutes. Cut the pizza into wedges and serve.
Yield: 8-10 servings
