Saturday in Vegas! Ultimate fighters invaded Las Vegas as they battled to prove their craft in the Ultimate Fighting Championship 132. After the main event concluded, fighters and fans made their way to XS Nightclub where the official after party was held.

Though he did not fight in Saturday’s event, welterweight Jake Shields scouted future competition and joined passionate fans at the after party, showing his support for the other athletes in his profession.  Former UFC heavyweight & interim heavyweight champ Frank Mir walked the carpet hand in hand with wife Jennifer, then joined the exclusive VIP table reserved for the men of the hour.

Chuck Liddell, former UFC light heavyweight champion joined the group to celebrate an evening of adrenaline pumping fights.  Liddell’s extensive background in mixed martial arts lends a hand to his impressive knockout record and induction into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2009. Continuing his duties into the evening, official voice of MMA Bruce Buffer joined the UFC fighters to ensure that the crowd was ready to party throughout the night to an impressive set by DJ Calvin Harris.

Stars joined the UFC fighters at XS including Michael Raymond-James who plays antagonist Rene Lenier in HBO’s hit vampire series, True Blood. Joining the actor was Jason Momao best known for staring in the series Stargate: Atlantis and will be featured in the upcoming film Conan the Barbarian.

 XS’ sister property Tryst Nightclub played host to co-main event winner Chris Leben’s celebratory party after his life changing win. Taking on defending champ and Brazilian legend, Leben knocked out Silva Wanderlei in just 27 seconds into the first round. The underdog celebrated into the early hours of the morning with help from SKAM Artist, Ross One’s unbelievable lineup of remixes.

Temperatures soar!! Nick Lachey & Jeff Timmons, Drew Lackey celebrate!

Nick Lachey’s bachelor bash continued on Saturday as he hosted a Fourth of July weekend celebration at TAO Beach.  Nick, his best man brother Drew Lachey, Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees and friends gathered in a cabana where Nick was surprised with a special request from his bride-to-be Vanessa Minnillo.  After being serenaded by a “mini Nick Lachey” at her LAVO bachelorette party, she insisted that her soon to be husband have a “mini Vanessa” at his stag party.  Nick was shocked as the little performer made her appearance at the rousing pool party to deliver a large bottle of Veuve Clicquot, which Nick promptly used to spray the crowd.

Shawn Marion of the NBA Champion Dallas Mavericks was spotted soaking in the rays at TAO Beach, the crowd cheering when DJ Jason Lema gave him a shout out. Glee’s Max Adler stopped by to chat with Shawn and spent the day hanging out at the pool party with his girlfriend Jennifer Bronstein.

Whee it's Glee in Vegas! Cast members dine at Lagasse's!

It was a gleeful Fourth of July at The Venetian and The Palazzo as “Glee” actors Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Bieste) and Max Adler (Dave Karofsky) celebrated the holiday weekend with friends. The two stopped for a quick bite together at Lagasse’s Stadium on Saturday night and to catch the UFC fight in a private Luxury Box. While enjoying chicken wings and tuna tartare, they talked about their favorite reality shows, including “The Glee Project.”

More 4h of July fun in Vegas! Marquee had celebs a plenty!

From the fourth of July weekend,  Friday last night artists and sports figures kicked off the holiday weekend at XS 

Nightclub in Las Vegas.  Frequent visitor to Las Vegas and rap sensation Lil Jon partied from an exclusive VIP table that overlooked the massive, one of a kind set by A-Trak. Fresh of his performance at the Electric Daisy Carnival, A-Trak flooded the nightclub with mixes that had guests both inside and out on the feet dancing to his unique beats.

Joining the gifted rap star was Benji Madden guitarist and backup vocalist for Good Charlotte. Checking out the renowned party place, Madden basked in the salutary atmosphere created by thousands of exuberant partygoers.

As the night progressed, eight-time Olympic mentalist, Apollo Ono made an appearance to the sophisticated venue, positioning himself at exclusive table surrounded by reveling fans. Fresh off his residency debut at Tryst Nightclub last Thursday evening, hip-hop star Jermaine Dupri joined the other talented artists to witness club-goers erupt as confetti fell from above and A-Trak closed down the house for a sensational first night of the long weekend.

Saturday night rocker Benji Madden was spotted at Marquee, joined by a large group of friends including Angel Porrino of Holly’s World and Absinthe, and UFC octagon girl Arianny Celeste.  The group took in the sounds of Erick Morillo from a VIP table on the dance floor.  At a table nearby Shawne Merriman of the Buffalo Bills partied with friends and popped into the DJ booth to say hello to Morillo. 

Also seen checking out the club was Craig Robinson from the TV hit The Office.

Josie and Steve partied the night away inside PLAYGROUND adult nightlife complex’s popular venues, Crazy Horse III and Posh Boutique Nightclub, with a group of seven, including Croft, sipping on champagne and Grey Goose cocktails. Josie and Steve were spotted being flirtatious, feeding each other strawberries and whipped cream and stealing kisses throughout the evening.

Josie ended the night hosting a bikini contest at Posh Nightclub, sponsored by J. Valentine, Inc., where the beauty awarded the winning contestants $5,000 in cash and prizes.

Just after sitting down, Rihanna noticed blink-182 drummer Travis Barker at the next table. Barker was checking out Club Nikki ahead of his performance at the venue on Saturday, July 9, 2011 with Mix Master Mike, resident DJ for the Beastie Boys.  She got up and went over to say hello. Although overwhelmed by fans and well-wishers in the capacity crowd, Rihanna was gracious in greeting and taking photos with fans.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Bantamweight Champion Dominick Cruz arrived at Club Nikki to celebrate retaining his Bantamweight Championship with a unanimous decision victory over Urijah Faber in the main event of UFC 132 just hours earlier. The bout received “Fight-of- the-Night” honors. 

Cruz stopped by to say hello to Rihanna on the way to Travis Barker’s table. Rihanna had attended the UFC fights before her concert and congratulated Cruz on his victory. Cruz responded by allowing Rihanna to hold his UFC Bantamweight Championship belt. Barker then joined Cruz and Rihanna.

Later in the evening, rapper and Rihanna “LOUD” Tour opening act, B.o.B arrived at Club Nikki after hosting an event at Pure Nightclub. He had heard great things about Club Nikki and wanted to see for himself. His group drank Patron Tequila and stayed until the end of the night.

Holly Madison signs autographs and parties at newest pool party GO at The Flamingo!

Holly Madison, Vegas' favorite showgirl and headliner of Planet Hollywood's "Peepshow," celebrated the holiday weekend on Saturday, July 2 at Flamingo's tropical resort GO Pool.  She spent the afternoon dancing in the DJ booth facing the cascading waterfall and waving to the massive crowds partying in the pool lagoons. Pool goers had the opportunity to take photos and get autographs from Madison, star of E!'s hit show "Holly's World" and newly acclaimed author of "The Showgirl Next Door: Holly Madison's Las Vegas". In true Las Vegas fashion, Madison sipped on cocktails and champagne in the cabanas and relaxed with Caesars Entertainment's own "Baby Carlos" from the blockbuster hit "The Hangover" before rushing off to Planet Hollywood for her "Peepshow" performance.
