McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino will host a dance competition for a cause Thursday, April 21. “Dance for Debbie: Battle Against Domestic Violence Fundraiser” in honor of Debbie Flores-Narvaez will bring talented dancers together to pop, lock and raise money for the The Shade Tree.

Las Vegas’ best dancers will join forces from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m. in this fundraiser for the late Florez-Narvaez. Contestants will compete in a two-on-two battle of popping, locking and freestyle or a four-on-four dance crew competition. Entry is $10 per person and the winner will be based on crowd participation.

Kourtney Kardashian was on double-duty Friday night, celebrating her birthday and hosting the grand opening of Gallery Nightclub ( www.GalleryLV.com ) at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The beautiful brunette was at the hot new venue with boyfriend, Scott Disick. Kardashian was dressed to party in a navy Contrarian dress and black Christian Louboutin stilettos. The petite, reality starlet and business mogul got the crowd pumped as soon as she entered the club. Dancing with her friends, sipping champagne and laughing all night long, Kardashian had a blast at Gallery. The best moment of the night was the presentation of her birthday cake, which was presented with feather-flashing dancers.

The multi-talented singer, songwriter, musician, dancer and actor Earl Turner brings his act to the Suncoast Showroom, May 20, 21 and 22, each evening at 7:30 p.m.

Turner began performing at the age of 13 and by 19 years of age, he began pursuing his musical dreams by traveling the U.S. with various show bands. As a front man and solo recording artist, in the mid 80’s Turner had a Top 40 dance hit in Europe, "Love Caught You By Surprise."

Turner has performed at many major hotel casinos across the country including the Luxor, Caesars Palace, The Showroom at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino and The Showroom at Harrah's in Laughlin, Nevada. In 2004, Harrah's New Orleans transformed the Mansion Ballroom into The Earl Turner Theatre where he performed for 2 years.

Turner has received numerous awards including being recognized by the Las Vegas Review-Journal as "Male Vocalist of the Year." In 2005, Earl was voted as one of the "People To Watch" by New Orleans Magazine and was inducted into the New Orleans Music Hall of Fame. His charitable works include that with The Special Olympics, Opportunity Village of Las Vegas and spokesperson for The Blood Center of Louisiana.

On Sunday, REHAB at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas opened for an unprecedented eighth season with a bang as the “Hard Rock Ball Drop” dropped thousands of balls from a helicopter over the pool party for the chance for guests to win more than $100,000 in cash and prizes. Some prizes included a stay in The Real World Suite, VIP Skybox for Tiësto in Concert and a Spa Villa in HRH Beach Club. Computer from 36 Mafia was on hand to celebrate the festivities with more than 4,000 REHAB party-goers.  

Over at Vanity later that night, Stanford Routt, Isaiah Ekejiuba and Michael Huff of the Oakland Raiders let loose with Jacksonville Jaguars’ Jerry Porter.  The NFL players mingled with party-goers and DJ FIVE while enjoying bottle service in the VIP area.
