Fergie and Unicorn Cake and Birthday Celebration! Party in Las Vegas!

On Friday, March 25th, global superstar and six-time GRAMMY® Award-winner, Fergie, celebrated her birthday at Sin City hotspot The Bank Nightclub at Bellagio. Fergie, along with husband Josh Duhamel, began the evening with a Japanese feast at Yellowtail, prepared specially for the birthday girl by executive chef Akira Back. Following dinner, Duhamel retreated to their hotel suite while Fergie made a quick outfit change and headed to The Bank to dance and party with her closest friends. Upon arrival to the red carpet, fans greeted Fergie with an impromptu "Happy Birthday" song before Fergie got on the mic and performed, from her VIP table, the Black Eyed Peas' "Imma Bee" followed by renditions of "Sweet Child Of Mine" and "Time Of My Life." Towards the end of the evening, guests and fans clamored together as Fergie was presented with a birthday cake in the shape of a unicorn. Fergie's friends and family, , style expert Robert Verdi, Wilhelmina Models president Sean Patterson as well as DSquared creators, designers and twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten, helped the birthday girl blow out the candles on her cake.  Some of her friends even got to take a few bites before Fergie indulged in the birthday treat later in the evening, in the privacy of her hotel suite.

Macy Gray in Las Vegas...LAVO!

Sunday night at LAVO, host Macy Gray donned a tie dye maxi dress, topped with a blue feature boa and sparkle shadow, a sure sign of something special to come later in the night.  The singer-songwriter dined at the Italian eatery, ending dinner with tea to sooth her voice, and then headed up to the nightclub.  She surprised the crowd with two songs, starting with “Kissed It,” and ending with her hit “I Try,” which the crowd welcomed with cheers as they joined her in signing the chorus. After the performance special guest DJ Eric D Lux kept the packed club dancing well into the night.

"Jersey Shore's" Ronnie stops by Vanity! All at Hard Rock Hotel!

Ronnie from MTV’s “Jersey Shore” stopped by Vanity at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas to celebrate Spring Break with DJ FIVE on Sunday night – his third appearance at Vanity within the past two months. Ronnie called Vanity his favorite Vegas nightclub and mentioned that he recently bought a house in Vegas so that he can party at the hotspot when in town.

Playmates in Las Vegas...what do they do? Where do they go??

Playmates Alison Waite and Stacy Fuson were seen enjoying dinner at Cabo Wabo Cantina inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood yesterday. Dining for more than two hours, the spunky models enjoyed Cabo Wabo's steak nachos, carne asada, beef fajitas, ceviche and Caesar salad with chicken. Joined by three friends, Waite and Fuson signed autographs and took photos with fans while they danced to music at Sammy Hagar's Las Vegas cantina. Fuson looked stunning in a blue dress and Waite looked beautiful in a grey shirt and shorts. The crew was overheard talking about heading over to Chateau Nightclub and Gardens at Paris Las Vegas after their meal.

David & Cathy Guetta debut in Vegas!! Launch at LAX Nightclub!

David and Cathy Guetta debuted their global party sensation F*** Me I’m Famous! with an extravagant launch event at LAX Nightclub inside Luxor Hotel and Casino. 

Just after 1 a.m. GRAMMY® award-winning David Guetta along with his wife Cathy stole the show as they took over the DJ booth and welcomed Las Vegas to the very first F*** Me I’m Famous! event. The crowd cheered on the French couple during the introduction, but the energy in LAX Nightclub soared as David took over the decks and spun his chart-topping hits and fan favorites including “Gettin’ Over You,” “One Love,” “When Love Takes Over,” “Memories,” “Sexy Chick,” “Club Can’t Handle Me” and more.

Identical to its original party in Ibiza, the Las Vegas hotspot was decked out in glamorous décor including flashing neon lights, hundreds of disco balls, lips, hearts and more to mimic the extraordinary celebration. Beautiful dancers in exquisite costumes mesmerized the crowd as talented aerialists swung from the ceiling to provide a spectacular visual like no other. To top it off, a 12-foot-tall robot covered in lights came out during David’s DJ set and entranced the crowd with his futuristic performance.

In conjunction with the launch, international socialite Cathy Guetta celebrated her birthday. Known for having the most extravagant birthday parties, last night was Cathy’s first celebration in Las Vegas. During David’s set, he stopped the music to wish his beautiful wife a “Happy Birthday!” All eyes were on the beauty as the dancers presented her with a five-foot red and pink cake covered with hearts, lips and disco balls. The packed house cheered her on as she thanked the crowd. Feeding off of the energy from the clubgoers, David kept spinning his tracks as Cathy partied along his side until the early hours of the morning. 

Following the launch party at LAX Nightclub, the Guetta’s sexy and provocative brand F*** Me I’m Famous! will debut at WET REPUBLIC at MGM Grand on Sunday, April 10, and will continue for 26 consecutive weeks.

Hollywood fashionistas came out to support The Lakers’ Youth Foundation and STAPLES Center Foundation at the America Express presents The Shoppes at The Palazzo Jimmy Choo Shopping Event. Vanessa Hudgens, Josh Hutchinson, Teri Hatcher, Jeremy Piven, Karina Smirnoff, Ralph Macchio, Brenda Song, Beverly Hills Housewives Lisa Vanderpump, Camille Grammer, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Kathy & Rick Hilton, and Brooke Mueller all gathered in the Chairman’s Room and scoped out the latest Jimmy Choo shoes, handbags, and clutches and hottest apparel from American retail giant Spiegel. The ladies also tried on everything that sparkled with Simon G Jewelry on hand to outfit them in anything they needed from earrings to bangles. It was a father/daughter date for Teri Hatcher and Brenda Song who both brought their fathers with them for a fun day of shopping and going to the game. Jimmy Choo, located in The Shoppes at The Palazzo, just so happened to be a favorite of all the Beverly Hills Housewives with Camille Grammer and Kim Richards both saying that “Jimmy Choo is my ultimate fashion must-have!” Camille went on to say “I love the Shoppes at The Palazzo because they have all the my favorite boutiques and it’s super luxurious.”

Brenda Song, who just celebrated her birthday in Vegas, tried on a few pairs of shoes by Jimmy Choo and Vanessa Hudgens bought a snakeskin bag to add to her collection. “The snakeskin one is my favorite; it’s so gorgeous!” mentioned Vanessa as she showed it to friends. Karina Smirnoff tried on a couple pairs of Jimmy Choo shoes and talked about how much she loves The Shoppes at The Palazzo. When asked about her partnership on Dancing With the Stars, she said “Me and Ralph are like an old married couple.” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills made sure to bring the most important girls in their lives: their daughters. Kyle came with daughter Farrah and Portia and Kim brought her youngest making sure to teach them valuable lessons in style. Khloe Kardashian picked up a pair of hot new Jimmy Choo stilettos and said “I’m so glad to get a pair of sexy new shoes and help out The Lakers’ Youth Foundation and STAPLES Center Foundation at the same time.”

Friday night Kourtney Kardashian hosted a bachelorette party for her girlfriend from college, Alison Shulman.  The night started at LAVO as the large group of women, who went to school together at the University of Arizona, took over a table in the center of the dining room, feasting on favorites including Chicken Marsala and Penne ala Vodka.   At dinner the bride-to-be proclaimed she would never wear a bachelorette sash or boa, but by the time a celebration dessert was delivered to the table Kourtney had placed one on the guest of honor.  After dinner they headed to a dance floor table at TAO.  DJ Reach gave them a shout out and fans of the reality star clamored to get photos.  The ladies sipped Champagne and recalled stories from college, standing up to dance as Reach played sister Kim’s new song “Jam”.  The night finished with the bachelorette dancing on TAO’s famed catwalk as her girlfriends cheered.

Adrian Grenier was also spotted at TAO.  The Entourage star and friends attracted a number of beautiful girls at their VIP table, all vying to dance with the actor.

At Palms Casino Resort...BRITNEY SPEARS and DJ Pauly D!

It was an evening to remember as fans and partygoers flooded the Palms Casino Resort in anticipation to see a exclusive song-set by pop queen and Jive Records recording artist Britney Spears inside Rain Nightclub Friday night.  Rain was a packed house and there was great energy in the room as DJ Pauly D warmed up the crowd by spinning his famed beats on the turntables.  Around midnight, Spears delivered songs from her latest album, Femme Fatale including the singles, “Hold it Against Me,” “Till the World Ends” and “Big Fat Bass.”  Her album will hit stands on Tuesday, March 29.  Spears performed twice last night, the first one taking place at 8 p.m., both filmed as part of an upcoming MTV special that will air next week.

Spotted in the audience was New York Jets athlete Mark Sanchez who enjoyed the performance with 35 friends.  They had a VIP table on the dance floor.

Earlier that evening, Pauly D had dinner at Nove Italiano for the second consecutive night.  He and friends enjoyed signature items brought out by Executive Chef Geno Bernardo, including shrimp franchaise and rigatoni Bolognese.  The group finished their meal with espresso shots as well as luxury shots, the new shot featuring Don Julio tequila.

Over at N9NE Steakhouse, Sanchez dined with a large group of 20.  They feasted on dishes such as the shellfish platter, organic fire chicken and roasted Colorado lamb chops.

At a separate table, Pawn Stars reality TV star, Rick Harrison dined with a party of four.

Almost Time for Grammy Winner Gladys Knight to perform in Las Vegas!! At Tropicana Las Vegas!

Gladys Knight to perform at Tropicana Las Vegas - “Welcome Home” to the Empress of Soul

Seven-time Grammy Award-winning performer Gladys Knight will headline in a special engagement at the newly transformed Tropicana Las Vegas, beginning Tuesday, April 5, 2011. 

The show, produced by Freestyle Mac, will take place in the newly named Gladys Knight Theater, formerly known as the Tiffany Theater. Knight will showcase her fan favorites, such as “Midnight Train to Georgia,” as well as newer hits including her December 2010 single “Settle.” She will be joined by four singers and dancers during the show, alongside an 11-piece band. Merald “Bubba” Knight, one of the original members of the Pips, will be featured as part of Knight’s show, as well.

“I’m thrilled to be returning to the Las Vegas Strip and am very happy to be coming back home. It’s always been a dream of mine to have my own showroom and I’m excited to showcase songs ranging from both my greatest hits to my new album,” said Knight.

She will be releasing a new album in late spring or early summer. She has teamed up again with Producer Randy Jackson, whom she previously worked with on her album released in 2000, At Last.

“We are extremely excited to add Gladys Knight as part of our overall transformation of Tropicana Las Vegas,” says Tom McCartney, President and Chief Operating Officer of Tropicana Las Vegas. “We believe her intimate and up close performance fits in perfectly with our strategy of exceeding our guest’s expectations. We are confident our guests will leave grateful to have spent an intimate evening with one of the greatest performers of all time.”

The Empress of Soul will be welcomed home by the Tropicana for a multi-month engagement. The show can be seen Tuesday through Thursday at 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday at 9 p.m., beginning April 5. All ages are welcome when accompanied by an adult. There will also be three preview performances held March 31, April 1 and April 2. Tickets for these preview performances are available for the public to purchase as well.

"Twilight" Wolf Pack members, Tinsel Korey, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier, had a birthday celebration at Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas on Saturday night. The trio wolfed down the eatery's menu items, including chicken pappardelle pasta, New York strip steak and chicken caesar salad. Following dinner, the table was treated to two over-the-top birthday cakes as both Korey and Gordon were celebrating their special day. Korey loved the Lollipop Passion cocktail and Gordon couldn't get enough of the Passion Punch. The werewolf group perused the retail shop, bagging sour Jelly Belly candies, Runts, banana sour belts and Sugar Factory's signature Couture Pops before heading upstairs to Chateau Nightclub & Gardens.

The excited wolf pack actors spotted actor Stephen Dorff sitting at a nearby table and posed for photos with the “Blade” star. Dorff and friends indulged in New York strip steak, mini-sliders, roasted chicken and more, followed by Sugar Factory's classic and cookie jar ice cream sundaes. After dinner, Dorff picked-up a few sweet treats, including red licorice and Couture Pops at the flagship Sugar Factory retail store.

University coeds were all quite excited when Asher Roth popped into Sugar Factory American Brasserie on Saturday night. The college-loving artist and a group of friends dined on pacific salmon, roasted chicken, sliders and more. After the main course, the table was treated to red velvet ice cream sundaes. Roth made a beeline to the retail store after dinner, where he picked up sweet treats like cola-flavored gummy candies and blue raspberry Couture Pops.

Sugar Factory American Brasserie is an American take on a traditional French brasserie, serving delicious cuisine all day, and all night, along with an oversized retail store and signature Chocolate Lounge. Other Sugar Factory retail stores are located at the Mirage and Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.
