EXPRESS “Rock the Sidewalk” Fall 2011 Runway Show

EXPRESS takes to the Las Vegas Strip on Friday, March 11 to showcase its Fall 2011 collection, hitting stores in June/July 2011. Building upon this excitement, EXPRESS will utilize runway images from the runway event to bring the vibrant Las Vegas energy to consumers nationwide, as the photographs will later serve as the Fall 2011 marketing campaign imagery. .  Photographers Greg Kadel, Walter Looss and Dan Lecca will shoot the show and campaign with hair styling by Diego De Silva, makeup by Frank B and styling by Elizabeth Sulcer. Models in the show will include Viktoriya Sasonkina, Lais Ribeiro, Ataui Deng, Alyssa Miller, David Agbodji, Ryan Kennedy and Parker Hurley.

The Venetian’s TAO Nightclub’s DJ Galeano will kick-off the party and pump up the crowd prior to the show as well as announce ten lucky randomly selected winners of the Ultimate Style Package.  The Venetian gondoliers will randomly distribute drawing cards prior to the show at the runway, with ten lucky randomly selected attendees winning the following:

Lupe Fiasco Celebrates Album release and B-Day! Where??

Lupe Fiasco celebrated the release of his highly anticipated album Lasers, which hit #1 on iTunes on its first day out, with a party at Lavo Las Vegas. He arrived at the club just before 1 am and made a quick stop at a table to get surprised by a giant cake with his album cover on it.  He held it up as the crowd went nuts and camera phones shot off like paparazzi. He then took to the DJ booth to spin and immediately got the crowd into a frenzy,  kicking off his set with a song by alt rockers Pendulum, then went into a house set followed by some Kings of Leon and a tribute to Michael Jackson. He got on the mic to remind the crowd of his number #1 and was clearly excited by the early success.

Tiger's Blood Transfusion

1 1/2 ounces Effen Raspberry

1/2 Ounce Canton

1/8 ounce Chambourd

Juice of one blood orange

Fresh Ginger

1 tsp Blood Orange Bitters

Muddle fresh ginger in blood orange, its juice, chambourd and bitters.  Add ice, vodka, and Canton.  Shake and strain into martini glass.  Garnish with blood orange wheel or wedge.

Deena Nicole Cortese and Pauly D! Atll at The Palms! Plus more celebs!

Jersey Shore reality TV star, Deena Nicole Cortese dined at Nove Italiano inside Palms Casino Resort Tuesday night (3.8.11).  Accompanied by a friend, Cortese enjoyed the caprese salad, shrimp franchaise and chicken marsala.  Cortese also toured the kitchen with Executive Chef Geno Bernardo and signed his celebrity door.

At Moon Nightclub for the weekly BANG! party, Cortese’s cast mate, DJ Pauly D, partied at a VIP table with a group of 15.  They enjoyed Ketel One and Red Bull mixed drinks.

Others in Moon Nightclub included: former MLB hitter, Frank Thomas with a group of six and Oakland Raiders quarterback Bruce Gradkowski with a group of three.

At Playboy Club, musician Vince Neil sat at a table with a friend.

Arianny Celeste hosted Ciroc Vodka Party! PICS!

Model and UFC octagon girl Arianny Celeste hosted the official Ciroc Ultra Premium Vodka party during the Nightclub & Bar Show last night at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas. Prior to heading up to the ultra-swanky nightclub, Celeste stopped into Sugar Factory American Brasserie for dinner with friends and shared one of Sugar Factory’s signature cocktails, Passion Punch.  Upon her arrival at Chateau, Celeste was escorted to her private VIP table and danced the night away to sounds by DJ Clinton Sparks. Celeste has graced the pages of many high-profile magazines including Maxim, Sports Illustrated, Fighter’s Only Magazine, FHM and Playboy. The Las Vegas native was also named “The Hottest UFC Octagon Girl” by Maxim and “Ring Girl of the Year,” for 2008 and 2009 by Fighter’s Only Magazine.

Cuban-born actress and model Vida Guerra celebrated her birthday Sin City-style at HAZE Nightclub at ARIA.  Vida along with her girlfriends, including actress, Kent King and former NFL cheerleader, Nikki Giavasis, spent the evening chatting fellow partygoers, dancing around their VIP table to DJ Dave Christians nonstop party hits.

Also Friday night, American soccer superstar Landon Donovan celebrated his 29th birthday in Vegas fashion at HAZE Nightclub at ARIA.  Landon celebrated his birthday surrounded by friends, including members of the LA Galaxy soccer team where they spent the evening interacting with fellow partygoers and obliging when asked to take photos, which included actress/model Vida Guerra.

The Bank Nightclub:

On Friday, March 4, 2011, NFL player for the Denver Broncos, Knowshon Moreno, headed to The Bank Nightclub with a group of friends.  Moreno was spotted dancing and sipping specialties cocktails at his VIP table and chatting with the nearby partygoers.

On Sunday, March 6, 2011, NFL Hall-Of-Famer Marshall Faulk enjoyed a night out at The Bank Nightclub, with San Diego Chargers’ Shaun Phillips and Steven Cooper.  The group enjoyed a night away from footballas they sipped on specialty drinks and danced along to the sounds of the Resident DJ Karma.

Also at The Bank Nightclub on Sunday night was, NFL player Reggie Bush, who was in Sin City for the weekend celebrating his birthday.  After arriving late Reggie spent the evening with a group of friends, were they were spotted singing and dancing along to the sounds of DJ Karma and dancing on the banquettes surrounding his VIP table.

After racing in the Kobalt 400 earlier in the day on Sunday, Nascar driver Denny Hamlin and a group of friends, including members of his team, arrived at The Bank Nightclub to kick back and relax after a weekends-worth of racing festivities.  Denny spent his evening mingling with friends and interacting with fellow fans and partygoers.

Rounding out the list of talent at The Bank Nightclub on Sunday, winners of the first season of MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew, the Jabbawockeyez immediately hit the dance floor displaying their show-stopping dance moves followed by mingling with the VIP crowd.

Brittany Snow takes Las Vegas hostage with her sexiness!!

This past week-end, Brittany Snow from the NBC TV series “Harry’s Law” celebrated her 25th birthday at PURE Nightclub inside of Caesars Palace. The Hollywood beauty will spend the evening partying with her closest friends including actress and singer Vanessa Hudgens. Before heading to PURE, the young star along with six of her closest started the night off with dinner at Social House inside Crystals at CityCenter. The all-girl group dined on Executive Chef Joe Elevado’s delicious assortment of sushi and sashimi.

Following dinner, the blonde bombshell arrived at PURE Nightclub just after midnight wearing a sexy low cut orange dress, gold peep-toe platforms and turquoise jewelry. While on the red carpet, the starlet posed for pictures while her friends cheered her on in the background. Snow and her entourage were then escorted inside to their VIP table located on the club’s iconic main stage. As soon as they arrived at their table, the girls set their purses down and started dancing and celebrating Snow’s big night. Later in the evening, she was presented with an adorable pink and blue birthday cake while her friends and the packed club cheered her on. The actress even did a taste test when she pulled the “B” off her cake and took a bite out of it, and later saying that it was delicious! After the birthday cake presentation, Snow along with her friends spent the rest of the night dancing and partying.

Also spotted partying at PURE, was rap group Three 6 Mafia.
