Tryst celebrates FIVE Years in Las Vegas!

Last night, friends, fans, and key leaders in the Las Vegas nightlife industry gathered at Tryst Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas to celebrate the monumental fifth anniversary of the venue. After opening to rave reviews on New Year’s Eve 2006, the nightclub has continued to remain a staple on the Las Vegas Strip, and was just named 2011 Nightclub of the Year by the highly coveted Nightclub & Bar Awards.

As the party kicked off, in the spotlight was Managing Partner Jesse Waits, who is well known for taking the original La Bete nightclub space and transforming Tryst into one of the most successful venues in the world. Shortly after midnight, a parade of twenty cocktail servers marched out a special five year anniversary caked to present to the nightlife impresario. Surrounded by his executive team, Waits blew out the candles and took in the moment as Resident DJs Manufactured Superstars interrupted the music to congratulate him on five fantastic years, resulting an eruption of applause from clubgoers.

Over the past five years, Tryst has remained to stay relevant and on top through the innovative thinking of Waits and his management team. Whether it be attracting renowned artists such as the Manufactured Superstars and new resident DJ Spider, a protégée of DJ AM, or drawing celebrity crowds ranging from John Mayer to Usher and Britney Spears, the Las Vegas Strip hot spot has constantly been at the forefront of service and providing an A-list nightlife experience to all attendees. With a pristine venue, striking model servers, and an acute attention to detail, each guest is left enamored when they experience an evening at Tryst. The popularity is constantly reflected in the countless awards and accolades it has received from both within the industry and media “Best Of” lists.

Quite a night!! Busta Rhymes in the house!!

Busta Rhymes

Thursday night Busta Rhymes hosted at TAO for Worship Thursday.  The rapper commanded a VIP Sky Box overlooking the club as fans looked up from below.  The rapper joined DJ Crooked in the DJ booth on the dance floor and welcomed the crowd.  He grabbed the mic, telling them he was, “In the mood to do a couple of classics,” surprising the packed club with an impromptu performance of favorites including All I Do Is Win, Pass the Courvoisier and Arab Money.  Wrapping up he told the crowd, “This is the time where we make a toast,” and then headed back to his Sky Box which was stocked with Moet Nectar Rose and Patron.

Also spotted taking in the scene was Adrian Grenier. The Entourage star drank vodka cocktails while fending off advances of ladies in the crowd.  Joey Fatone also stopped by to say hello to Busta.
