September is National Breakfast Month and all 20 Tropical Smoothie Café in the Las Vegas Valley are celebrating the occasion with the addition of three new ciabatta sandwiches and two flatbreads as well as a new Triple Berry Oat Smoothie to the breakfast menu. With these new items, Tropical Smoothie Café will make available special offers exclusively to followers on their Facebook pages.

“Studies show that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and with our new menu we want our guests to know we’re eager to become part of their daily morning routine,” said Dina Mitchell Area Developer/Marketing Director for Tropical Smoothie Café. “We’re also making it incredibly easy by offering specials to our customers who are following us on Facebook. In addition to the national Tropical Smoothie Café fan page, we have launched pages for each of our 20 stores throughout the Valley and they will all be posting special offers to their followers.”

The new breakfast menu items launch September 1 and will be available through December 26, 2010. The first exclusive Facebook offer will be available September 1-8 – providing Facebook followers a 20 percent discount off any new breakfast item purchased before 10 a.m. Additional breakfast offers will be posted on the Facebook pages for fans to take advantage of throughout the month. Each Las Vegas store will also post promotions and specials on their individual Facebook fan pages.

The tasty new ciabatta sandwiches are:
- Kick Start – Made with egg, spicy ham, bacon and buffalo sauce.
- Reggae Riser – This tropical twist to breakfast includes egg, mozzarella, ham, pineapple and jerk sauce.
- The Classic – Traditionalists will love this combination of egg, cheddar and American cheese and sausage.

The new grilled flatbreads will put a little zing into breakfast and include:
- Marinara Morning – A tangy combination of egg, mozzarella cheese, sausage and marinara sauce.
- Pesto Paradise – A heavenly meal made with egg, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Ham, tomatoes and pesto.

In addition to the new flatbreads, Tropical Smoothie Café is featuring the popular Peanut Butter Banana Crunch flatbread, made with peanut butter, banana, granola and honey as part of its new breakfast lineup.

Both the new ciabatta sandwiches and grilled flatbreads are priced at $3.49.

The new Triple Berry Oat Smoothie is a hearty, nutritional combination of blueberries, cranberries and strawberries with a special blend of whole-grain oats, flax, whey, and multivitamin, sweetened with Splenda. The smoothie contains 20 grams of whole grain and 8 grams of fiber and is priced at $4.99

Customers also can get the most for their money with two breakfast combo meals, choosing either a new sandwich or flatbread and a 12-ounce orange juice for $3.99 or a new sandwich or flatbread and a real-fruit smoothie for $6.99

Tropical Smoothie Café offers an enticing selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options including more than 35 real-fruit, blended smoothies. This past Sunday Hollywood’s Television royalty were out in force for the 62^nd Annual Emmy Awards! Spotted on the red carpet were both new and veteran actors! Fox’s Glee, one of the break out hits of the season had a  whopping total of 19 nominations. They ended up taking home two of the coveted awards! One for Jane Lynch and Director Ryan Murphy.

Guests Can Participate in a Trivia Challenge Throughout September

Twenty-five years after the wreckage of the most infamous ship was discovered at the bottom of the North Atlantic, the voyage of RMS Titanic is revived through passenger stories, elaborate room recreations and authentic artifacts respectfully presented here in Las Vegas at Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition. Throughout the month of September, the Exhibition is giving guests a chance to rediscover the fateful journey of Titanic’s maiden voyage and put the findings to the test in a trivia challenge.

Remaining a mystery to scientists and historians for 73 years, the wreckage was finally discovered 2.5 miles down in the dark waters off the coast of Newfoundland on September 1, 1985. To celebrate this milestone, guests can learn more about the Ship’s secrets and treasures by reading information displayed throughout the Exhibition galleries and answering trivia questions on a scratch-off card. Guests who answer all questions correctly can return the card to the gift shop for a Titanic keepsake and to be entered to win a grand prize.

“The story of Titanic and her maiden voyage became one of the most heart wrenching stories of all time and continues to resonate with audiences around the world,” states Katherine Seymour, Vice President of Public Relations, Premier Exhibitions, Inc. “Remembering the discovery of Titanic’s wreckage is just one more way to keep the memory alive and preserve her legacy for generations to come.”

In an effort to remember the Ship of Dreams, RMS Titanic, Inc. (the Salvor-In-Possession of RMS Titanic and its wreck site) in partnership with Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and the Waitt Institute is currently conducting a ground- breaking expedition to the wreckage site to do what no one has ever attempted before: take innovative measures to virtually raise Titanic twenty-five years after her discovery, preserving the legacy of the Ship for all time.

Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition provides guests with the opportunity to become a passenger as they move through expanded Exhibition galleries and view more than 20 never-before-seen authentic artifacts including gaming chips, passenger personal papers and decorative sections from Titanic’s famed Grand Staircase. Experience the Ship’s historical journey in chronological order: from the construction yards, her launch, first and third class room recreations, the Promenade Deck, the Grand Staircase, the fated sinking, to modern day recovery efforts.

Brody Jenner...The Party Continued at TAO Beach!

Brody Jenner continued his 27th birthday celebration at TAO Beach on Saturday.  Joined by his brother and friends the reality star forgot to pack shorts so he arrived wearing his jeans from Friday night.  Jenner drank Jager and frozen margaritas and was surprised with a second cake for the weekend – this one of him on a paddle board with his dog Bentley.  He was overheard saying he missed girlfriend Avril Lavigne and the only thing that would have made the weekend better is if she could have joined the celebration.

Also spotted at TAO Beach was actress Rachel Bilson, who is in Vegas to celebrate the bachelorette party of a girlfriend.  The actress, who recently called off her own engagement kept romance rumors at bay, sticking to partying with the girls.  The group of high school friends took over a cabana at TAO Beach, sipping specialty cocktails and snacking on treats from the kitchen while enjoying the party favors from Hpnotiq’s bachelorette goodie bag. Bilson and friends hit LAVO for dinner – making certain to sample the famed Kobe Meatball and drinking Hpnotiq’s Bubbles and Blue Champagne cocktail.  The bride-to-be commanded the head of the table, donning a tiara and sash.  After dinner they made their way to TAO Nightclub, with a table in the VIP Moat section giving them a prime view of the club where they could enjoy the often crazy fashion choices of Vegas.  Their Hpnotiq bachelorette goodie bag was filled with treats to complete the party – glow sticks, buttons and rings, Hpnotiq blue boas and more.

Magician David Copperfield dined at LAVO with a female friend.  The private couple enjoyed Veal Parmagiano and Penne a la Vodka before heading upstairs to check out the nightclub.

Pauly Shore dined with friends at TAO Asian Bistro, feasting on Crispy Rice, Lobster Wontons and Chocolate Cake.
