Kim Kardashian was certainly "The Queen of Love" at LAVO plus more celebs! Pics!

Kim Kardashian hosted the Queen of Hearts Ball at LAVO inside The Palazzo on Saturday night. Kim and her Super Bowl champion boyfriend Reggie Bush arrived on the red carpet looking as stunning as ever. The couple was color coordinated, with Kim donning a white Yves Saint Laurent dress and grey Costume National shoes and Reggie matching in white pants and a grey sweater. A surprise was in store for Kim when Mark Ballas, her partner from Dancing with the Stars snuck up behind her on the red carpet to say hello.

Kim and Reggie took a corner booth at LAVO where they enjoyed Italian favorites, ending the dinner with Oreo Zeppole dessert and Kim trying to feed her beau a bit of the accompanying milkshake. The couple headed up to a VIP table in front of the DJ booth in the nightclub where Reggie surprised her with a stuffed teddy bear. Fans clamored to take pictures and Kim happily obliged. With the crowd chanting her name over and over, Kim took to the stage just before midnight and led a countdown to usher in Valentine’s Day. She addressed the packed nightclub, “Whether you are single or with a loved one we are going to party tonight in Vegas!” Upon returning to the table she was presented with a red heart shaped cake and later Kim was spotted sitting on Reggie’s lap.

Also enjoying Valentine’s Day at LAVO were couples Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley along with their Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars Alexis and Jim Bellino. Alexis was thrilled when Jim surprised her with the trip to Vegas for the holiday and shared that her favorite Valentine’s gift is always jewelry. Gretchen and Slade were celebrating more than just the romantic holiday, sharing that it was also their anniversary and that they were toasting Gretchen’s new single, “Nothing Without You”. The foursome dined with friends on Italian favorites before heading up to a VIP table along the LAVO stage where they danced the night away to the sounds of DJ Reach. Gretchen and Slade even took to the catwalk for some dirty dancing.
