Passion is in the kiss this Valentine’s Day at Eva Longoria Parker’s celebrated CityCenter steakhouse. Beso, the Spanish word for kiss, will offer an enticing menu that will take lovers on a sensual journey to ignite both the senses and the palette. Beso’s four-course prix-fixe menu is available for $280 per couple, with additional specials ranging from $18 to $36.

Beso’s intimate menu for two will commence with “The Introduction,” a romantic and appetizing Chef’s selection, followed by a seductive taste of “The Temptation,” a lobster Yorkshire pudding salad with endive and watercress. Passion will awaken with “The Love Affair,” a third course entrée featuring a hand-cut, 22-ounce grilled chateaubriand, carved tableside with sweet and sour cherry glaze and creamy truffle spinach. The romance will top off with “The Happy Ending,” a gourmet twist on the American classic, cookies and cream, featuring a double chocolate milkshake served with kissed mints, strawberry shortbread cookies, brownie bites and sweet berries.

For the single hearts this Valentine’s Day, Beso will also offer two a la carte specials. The Chef’s selection of crispy oyster Rockefeller served with creamy spinach truffle is available for $18 and the Tuscan-style fried rabbit, served with root vegetable mash, blue cheese drizzle and golden raisin and apple agro-dolce is offered at $36.

Eva Longoria Parker’s celebrated steakhouse, Beso, is located at 3720 Las Vegas Boulevard, South in Crystals at CityCenter. One Republic perfomed at Haze in Las Vegas! They rocked!

Over at Haze One Republic performed with a full set up including a glockenspiel, 2 guitars, bongos, and a cello. They sang Apologize, all the right moves, and Crazy (gnarls Barkley) they also beat boxed! Pretty amazing!

GLEE Stars in Las Vegas - Naya's B-Day!!

This past weekend, GLEE Cast members Naya Rivera celebrated her Birthday at Jet with other cast members Heather Morris, Kevin McHale. Mark Salling(her off screen love), parting at Jet until 2:30 am. Dancing and enjoying her birthday cake.

Celebrity Wrap up for the Palms for this week-end! WOW Movie Stars and Athletes!

UFC Chuck Liddell dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Saturday night. Joined by ten others, they started with the shellfish platter and calamari. For his main course, Liddell enjoyed the 16-ounce bone-in filet and crab legs with a side of potato gnocchi. For dessert, Liddell and guests shared the Snickers and pecan tart.

At another table, UFC president Dana White dined with seven others. They enjoyed the rock shrimp and shellfish platter. For his entree, White ordered his usual - 8-ounce filet mignon with a side of creamed corn.

Also at N9NE Steakhouse was General Manager for the LA Dodgers, Ned Colletti. Accompanied by three others, Colletti and guests started with the rock shrimp, beef ravioli, calamari and chilled shellfish. For their main course, they indulged in a family-style meal which included seared scallops, 16-ounce chuck chop and prawns with sides of fries, asparagus and creamed corn. For dessert, they shared the cupcakes, cheesecake and s'mores.

New York Met Gary Matthews dined with five others. Matthews feasted on the rock shrimp, bone-in filet and creamed spinach.

Following dinner, Matthews and his guests partied at a VIP table inside Moon Nightclub. They sipped Ketel One mixed drinks.

Friday, Feb. 5

Former NFL athlete Jim Plunkett dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Friday night. Joined by a party of five which included George Maloof, Plunkett had the tomato salad, followed by the filet and a side of lobster mashed potatoes.

Upstairs at Nove Italiano, actor Jon Lovitz dined with a friend. They feasted on family-style appetizers including burrata, chicken pizza and caprese salad as well as a couple dishes that Executive Chef Geno Bernardo created especially for them. They enjoyed everything and promised to return soon.

Plunkett was also spotted hanging out with four others at Playboy Club.

Game Down Sunday at Murphy's Law! AWESOME!

Yesterday was the biggest betting day in Las Vegas and one of the most party heavy days! All over town fans were taking sides on whether it would be the Saints or the Colts?? I decided to spend the game day at Murphy's Law which is on Maryland Pkwy. and Flamingo. What a fun place!! The bar was rocking the beer was flowing and many hot dogs and hamburgers were consumed! For the first time I decided to take a little side risk and try an Irish Car Bomb..wow!! Yummy..definitely a drink to indulge in once in a while! One of the great things about Murpy's is not only are they a Jameson outlet they have a platter that has regular Jameson, 12 year old, and the KING 18 year old Jameson. If you are a fan try this..it is only $20! Food is served in a separate room and items on the menu are named after famous Irish people! Ie....

• Collin Farrell - fresh pineapple, banana, cottage cheese, granola, raisins and a hint of brown sugar, wrapped in a tortilla
• Pierce Brosnan - sautéed bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions folded gently in a tortilla with cheddar cheese and egg

Holly Bowl a Huge Success at LAVO! GREAT PICS!

Saturday night Holly Madison hosted Holly Bowl, a pre-game party at LAVO. The star of Peepshow and E!’s Holly’s World arrived sporting a #18 Peyton Manning jersey, Colts hat and striped knee socks, leaving no doubt she is rooting for Indianapolis in Sunday’s big game.

Joined by friends including Playboy Playmate Laura Croft who celebrated her birthday at TAO on Thursday, Holly fueled up for the big game by carb-loading on Italian favorites from LAVO’s kitchen before heading upstairs to the packed nightclub. Taking over a VIP table she was a true cheerleader, dancing with pom poms to the sounds of DJ Skratchy while fans clamored to take pictures with the blond bombshell. Holly even took to the stage as the crowd chanted her name over and over. She grabbed the mic and screamed “Hello Lavo Las Vegas! Welcome to the Holly Bowl!”
