NBA Summer League presented by EA SPORTS honors late Police Officer James Manor Local officer died in the line of duty in May A pre-game ceremony to honor Metro Police Officer James Manor who died in the line of duty on May 7 will be held prior to the Oklahoma City Thunder versus Memphis Grizzlies game at 5 p.m. at COX Pavilion. Before he became a police officer, Manor worked for a city outreach sports program that went into at-risk neighborhoods. He was also a community basketball coach and former Clark County High School basketball player.
