Jordan's Paws Across America - A Great Read for all Pet Owners!

Jordan’s Paws Across AmericaThe True Story of a Dog and his Best Friend by John Fredericks Jordan was my on-air and off-air companion for thirteen and a half years. I was his best friend, and he my loyal sidekick. This is our story.
“Paws-Across-America” was created in 2002 following a 5,500 mile journey across America I took with my dad. This web site is dedicated to that trip and to subsequent adventures we’ve had all in an effort to raise efforts and donations to local pet groups.” You can view our adventures by clicking on the PAA links to the left. If you click on the photos above, you’ll find some helpful tips for our four-legged friends as well as easy ways to help our local animal charities.

Friday at LAVO and TAO Friday night stars in town for CineVegas chose hot spot LAVO as their dining destination. Scott Caan, who wrote and starred in Mercy, which is premiering at the fest, was joined by the film’s director Patrick Hoelck and co-stars Erika Christensen and Troy Garity. Spotted a table on LAVO’s expansive Strip front terrace enjoying the Italian offerings, actors Sam Rockwell, Jeremy Renner and Ivan Martin. The group feasted on a 2 lb lobster stuffed with crap and scallops with Pinot Grigio. Celebrity Roundup at The Palms!

Adam Dyet
Lead singer for the pop rock band Maroon 5, Adam Levine, dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Thursday night with an entourage of 10. Dressed casually in a white t-shirt and jeans, Levine and his guests sat in the main dining room where they shared the chilled shellfish platter and signature rock shrimp. Levine then shared the 24-ounce rib eye with a friend for their main entrée. He and a few friends were also seen taking shots!

Just across the way was magician Penn Jillette who dined with a party of nine. Jillette enjoyed the lobster bisque, bone-in filet and sides of creamed corn and a loaded baked potato. During the course of dinner, Levine was spotted buying Jillette a cup of hot tea. (was it in Lady GaGa's tea cup?) Upstairs at ghostbar, rapper Too Short hung out for a short while with a friend. Around midnight, the two made their way over to Moon Nightclub. Also at ghostbar was professional skateboarder Adam Dyet enjoyed the scene with six friends. Fashionably clad in a white suit, black shirt and a white tie, Dyet and his party sat at a VIP table and sipped on Ketel One. Photo credit Joe Fury.
