Crazy like a Fox..Or Just Megan?

She is hot and now since her break up with Brian Austin Green she is also single! Add this to the fact that she is right now in negotiations for two likely blockbuster films. What no more robots?? No she will be taking on the wild wild west and underwater frontiers. No not Waterworld or Futureworld but "Jonah Hex," a Warner Bros. production which will also co-star Academy Award nominated Josh Brolin and Academy Award nominated John Malkovich (Not won an Oscar...what is up with that..a whole other post!) which is the western that is based upon a fave DC Comic!
As for the water flick she will swim her way to star and develop "Fathom" Fox Atomic's comic book-based underwater film.
Can't HELP but compare her in a small way to Angelina Jolie...almost!

FREDDY B. THE NEWEST ADDITION TO THE SCENE IN THE LV!

NAME: Freddy B JOB TITLE: Event and Video Host for NetworkingVegas.com and DJ With a mere 6 months in The LV under his belt, Freddy B has already worked his way into the top tier of Club Hosts and DJ's. Originally brought to The LV from his native Ohio (wow, that's a change!) by local impresario Craig Franze of NetworkingVegas.com, Freddy B quickly learned some basic secrets about surviving in the city that never sleeps. "Be nice to everybody", says the budding DJ, "treating everyone with respect will get you a whole further than the 'Mr. All That' attitude." Freddy B has the perfect attitude for his fast paced gigs here in The LV. He thrives on being able to goof on camera and vibing with the crowds he gets going on the dance floors at the top local ultra lounges and clubs. "It's a natural high that I love getting from people", says Freddy. "There's always so many interesting people, places and experiences here. Las Vegas is one of the best entertainment destinations in the world!" Freddy B is right on target there. Make sure you keep your eyes and ears on the newest member of the star scene in The LV! If you want to know more about Freddy B and where he's hosting, DJing or when he's goofing around in front of the camera, check out his Myspace page: Myspace.com/TheOriginalFreddyB The Vegas Style Guy

Have a Heart for Casper..

I am an avid Dogster and just wanted to bring this to the attention of all the pet lovers out there:)
"This blog has been set up for a good friend of mine who has a one year old Pomeranian puppy named Casper that needs to undergo a second life saving heart surgery. He had the first surgery last fall and it was initially successful, however scar tissue is closing the valve opening that was made in that operation and he is right back to where he started. What he has is called Severe Pulmonic Stenosis. I will be doing a lot of copy and pasting from other places to save time, in order to put a lot of information here for you to read. Without this surgery, Casper will die. Time is also critical, he is showing all the signs that his heart is working very hard and he is under a lot of physical stress. That is not good. The sooner he has the surgery the better but the University will not do the surgery until his mom has all the money up front for him to have it. She needs $3,500.00 in advance of the surgery. We have a lot of fundraisers going on at this time and would like you to take a look at what we are doing to raise money for Casper. You can make a difference, even in a small way. There is a raffle, you can buy tickets for, we have many retailers that are donating a portion of their profits to Caspers fund, there is a special music download sung by Caspers mom that you can get with only a $2 donation, there will soon be a dog/cat/human cookbook available for sale or you can simply give a donation of any size."
PLEASE HELP ME RAISE THE MONEY FOR MY OPERATION, THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS THAT YOU CAN HELP:YOU CAN JOIN MY SUPPORT GROUP AND BUY A RAFFLE TICKET TO WIN SOME WONDERFUL THINGS for both Humans and pets (ALL RAFFLE MONEY IS GOING TOWARDS MY OPERATION) here's the link to my group http://www.dogster.com/group/Have_a_heart-14464
I know that many of us are facing hard times but every little bit helps:) Thanks for having a heart!
XOXO

What to do when...Kyle Busch

You are a NASCAR superstar? Why go to Body English of course! After winning the biggest race of his career Kyle Busch and friends and family took over three booths where they celebrated like "The Wild Thing" that he is! Kyle sprayed the club with a bottle of Dom Perignon.
He deserved to party hard because after the way he battled his way to win the NASCAR Spring Cup Shelby 427 ...well it was time for him to blow off steam! (His car had engine trouble, he had to take the field from back position after having an engine change (NASCAR rules.) And when he did his thick burnout spins on the grass his engine blew!! Guess it had had enough!
Hometown boy makes good and Las Vegas loves you!

Celebrity Recap Kelly Carlson - Ron White..NASCAR

Kelly Carlson of the series Nip/Tuck was spotted sipping champagne and hanging out with friends Friday 2/27 at Tao. She took the LAVO/TAO Escalade golf cart back to The Palazzo, where she is staying, hoping off briefly for one spin at roulette, where her bet on red won! Oh and by the way she posed with fans happily...nice!!
At Wolfgang Puck’s CUT inside The Palazzo, comedian Ron White enjoyed dinner with a party of four.....wonder if he had some tater salad?
NASCAR drivers Jeff Gordon and Brian Vickers wrapped up race weekend by visiting LAVO inside The Palazzo for DJ VICE’s weekly party. VICE gave shout outs to the two as they mingled with a large group of friends and drank Belvedere and shots of Patron

ALI Loves Magic...Living Legend!

A living legend!!
ALI LOVES MAGIC - Muhammad Ali , his wife Lonnie and grandsons Biagio and Nico along with daughter Rasheda attended "Lance Burton: Master Magician" Saturday night. When fellow Louisville native Lance Burton announced that Ali was in the audience the entire audience of over 900 people stood to their feet with a standing ovation that went on for minutes.

How to enjoy NASCAR..

NASCAR...was really fun and the people hanging out were friendly. It is definitely something that everyone should do at least once! Our favorite Kurt Busch did not win but his brother Kyle Busch did and they are Vegas boys so all good on that front! The best way to watch the race in my opinion is to arrive at around 10 am..stroll around and check out all of the vendors and the FOOD! OMG...the food...everywhere and scrumptious! The Thunderbirds flying thur the air while the national anthem played truly made everyone feel good and proud to be a part of NASCAR and living here in the good ole USA.
The start of the race is in a word awesome...the roar of the engines and that is exactly what it is....when they are coming around the turns....the power is amazing! OH and do not forget your sunscreen and have fun and you might do what we did...cheat and leave at around lap 160 and come home and watch the rest of the race on TV.
Oh and here is a picture of someone that we love...but would not want to get on the bad side of!!

Okay...NASCAR..NFL

It was a week full of roaring cars and testosterone!! All of the NASCAR drivers were in town and were sighted..BUT it was also a NFL week-end. We posted earlier about the Superbowl Champions being at Tao on Friday...well last night at Pure it was Dennis Dixon of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Jonathan Stewart of the Carolina Panthers, Jamaal Charles of the Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants wide receiver Micah Rucker All I can say is wow....testosterone city not sin city!

ONLY IN VEGAS: THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE LAS VEGAS WHAT IT IS: XANIA WOODMAN. SHE'S THE "IT"!

NAME: Xania V. Woodman OCCUPATION: Freelance nightlife writer and editor If ever there was an "It" girl in The LV, it would have to be Xania Woodman. Whether glitzing her way down the red carpet or judging a cocktail making contest with TV Chef Bobby Flay on The Food Network (how does one get that job?) Xania is the epitome of all that is hip and cool in The LV! After graduating from Cornell, Xania made a living cooking and slinging cocktails in a small town. Somewhere. The bright lights of The LV soon beckoned and Xania arrived just in time for the transformation of The LV from "family friendly" to VIP tables, bottle service and Ultra Mega Clubs. After stints at Club Rio and Shadow Bar, Xania put her "edgy and wildly entertaining writing style" (so sayeth the Nevada Press Association) to work at The Las Vegas Weekly. Her column, "Nights On The Circuit" became the must read stop on the way to a weekend in The LV. Xania is a trooper of epic proportions when it comes to covering the scene in The LV 24/7. " There has been such a massive explosion of nightclubs and parties that virtually every night of the week there's at least three pool parties, happy hours, pre-industry parties, prime time parties and afterhours going on simultaneously! One could literally party 24/7. That puts a lot more pressure on locals and industry members to be present at all of them. Those that actually try—god bless them", says Xania before heading out to, yet another, event. With so many people wondering whether or not The LV will survive the present economic storm, Xania offers a simple few words. " Vegas is a trooper. We will not only rise above this economic situation but we will show other cities a thing or two and once again be a success model." Ask Xania what the secret to living and having a great time in The LV and she offers a little bit of ancient, yet never out of date, advice, "tip everything that moves!" And that my friends, is just one of the reasons why Xania Woodman is the "It"! The Vegas Style Guy
