Shaq Was Back! At The Azure Luxury Pool At The Palazzo!

On Sunday, June 29, world-renowned basketball superstar Shaquille O’Neal revisited Azure Luxury Pool at The Palazzo Las Vegas. The four-time NBA champion, who is currently the analyst for TNT’s “Inside the NBA” enjoyed the luxury cabanas and showcased his signature big personality while socializing with a few of his celebrity friends and guests.

O’Neal partied with guests into the late afternoon, as they pumped up the jam poolside to the beats of DJ Roman Rosati. The group enjoyed fresh and luscious libations, and cuisine from Wolfgang Puck including a giant cheeseburger, margarita pizza, caprese salad, beef satay and a custom cake from Carlos Bakery at The Venetian Las Vegas.

“Lovely day, beautiful people here, this is the second year at Azure at The Palazzo, hopefully we can do this forever,” said O’Neal.

Open Friday to Sunday, from 11am to 6pm, guests are able to enjoy this sophisticated luxury daytime pool experience through late fall. You would never guess that this guy is 10! He runs up and down the stairs and nothing makes him happier than sitting by you on the couch and watching TV and ear scratches. He is semi-crate trained and will go outside to go potty. He is also the right size for a pocket pom. Tobey has personality and will make the perfect companion for the right family.

Current with all of his shots and blood work and neutered this little guy is a gem! He gets along well with other dogs and has no idea that he is 4.6 pounds. He is also current on all dental work.

“Set Your Life To Music (SYLTM)” summer concert series continued last night (Thursday, June 26) with a performance by indie rock band Bleachers at Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Las Vegas local band Rusty Maples kicked off the evening showcasing their well-crafted blend of tender lyrics, classic themes and energetic Americana-inspired pop songs. Following, Bleachers took over the mophie stage filling Boulevard Pool with the sounds of its experimental, dance-oriented electronic-tinged pop. The New York-based band, a side project of Fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff, played songs off their upcoming album Strangers Desire, including “I Wanna Get Better,” “Shadow” and “Rollercoaster.”

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas features artists at the forefront of the touring world and emerging artists that will inspire the next musical movements coupled with spectacularly-designed, technology-driven venues. Perched high above the Las Vegas Strip, Boulevard Pool is a multilevel pool experience by day and an intimate outdoor concert venue with unobstructed sightlines of both the stage and The Strip by night.

“Set Your Life To Music” returns to the Boulevard Pool on Thursday nights this summer. The highly-anticipated summer series continues with Las Vegas Local Band Showcase featuring GoldBoot, American Cream and Almost Normal (July 3); Big Data (July 10); Jurassic 5 with special guest Dilated Peoples (July 17); Mac Miller with special guest Black Boots (July 24); Juicy J with special guest Project Pat (July 31); Rebelution with special guests Iration and DJ Mackle (Aug. 14); Interpol (Aug. 21); and Broods (Oct. 9). Last night, Thursday, June 26, the world-famous dance crew Jabbawockeez celebrated the first anniversary of its awe-inspiring show “PRiSM,” at Luxor Hotel and Casino. Following a standout performance, Jabbawockeez flooded the audience and tossed out festive noise makers in celebration of its anniversary. Afterwards, on stage the dancers were presented with a commemorative cake created by the Luxor chefs featuring Jabbawockeez signature white masks and images of the crew.

Be sure and watch out for the dancer that spins on head for approximately two full minutes!  We left the theater feeling light hearted and I would recommend this show to everyone and anyone that is coming to Las Vegas!**
