Right Around The Corner On June 7th...Poolapalooza Party!

Life Time Athletic Summerlin will host the second annual Poolapalooza pool party from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, at the club’s resort-style outdoor pool. The family-friendly event will feature a pirate theme and is open to both members and non-members.

Poolapalooza will provide fun for all ages with a live DJ, giant inflatable waterslide, face painting, balloon animals, refreshments and pirate-themed attractions and giveaways for children. The summer kick-off party will culminate with a dive-in showing of “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl” on a giant projector screen at 8 p.m.

Poolapalooza is open to members and non-members of Life Time Athletic Summerlin. The event is free for members and their guests; non-members are welcome at the standard club fee of $60 per person, which also grants a 24-hour access window to all club facilities.

"All You Can Eat" Sushi For $24.95 Now At Jayde Fuzion At The M Resort!

Beginning Sunday, June 1, Jayde Fuzion at M Resort Spa Casino will proudly offer all-you-can-eat sushi Sunday through Thursday at the sushi bar. Guests will enjoy unlimited sushi, nigiri and hand rolls, along with complimentary sake, for $24.95 per person (pre-tax).

“What sets our all-you-can-eat sushi menu apart from the rest is our premium selection of fresh fish, flown in daily,” says Chef Mark Sandoval. “We use real snow crab and high-quality cuts of hamachi, toro, big eye tuna, and when it’s available, we offer superior bluefin tuna. For $24.95 we feel it’s one of the best dining deals in Las Vegas.”

Included on the unlimited menu are popular sushi rolls such as the Lady Luck Roll – tuna, hamachi, salmon, vegetables, rice and nori; or the M Girl Roll – shrimp tempura, cream cheese, cucumbers, jalapeƱo, rice, topped with spicy tuna, crunch and “yum yum sauce.” The signature Jayde Roll features spicy crab, asparagus, rice and nori, topped with seared tuna, crunch, and creamy ponzu. Nigiri selections, based on availability, include: ikura (salmon eggs), unagi (fresh water eel), bluefin tuna, hamachi (yellowtail), maguro (big eye tuna), sake (salmon), albacore (white tuna), uni (sea urchin), hirame (fluke) and ebi (shrimp). Sashimi is excluded from the all-you-can-eat menu.

The all-you-can-eat sushi menu at Jayde Fuzion is available Sunday through Thursday, during restaurant hours (5-10 p.m.) at the sushi bar. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A complimentary carafe of sake will be offered to each guest, ages 21 and over, purchasing the all-you-can-eat sushi menu.

Jayde Fuzion, the grand prize venue from Food Network’s Restaurant Express, offers an intimate dining experience for up to 150 guests with an 11-person sushi bar and a private dining room for up to 20 guests. Restaurant seating includes booths and tables with great views of the resort’s spectacular pool; an outdoor terrace is also available for al fresco dining. Delivering a personal and creative take on Asian cuisine, the menu at Jayde Fuzion brings guests on a culinary journey through China, Japan and Korea with menu selections of dim sum, tempura, noodle dishes, fusion specialties and sushi, sashimi and nigiri.

Uber Celebrity Manager Dines at CRUSH Friday Night...Who?

Britney Spear's manager, Larry Rudolph, dined at Michael and Jenna Morton's newest restaurant and celebrity hotspot CRUSH eat, drink, love at MGM Grand last night.

The super talent manager, known for representing music artists including Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus and Will.i.am, was accompanied by two friends. Dressed casually in jeans and a T-shirt, the group enjoyed Chef Billy DeMarco's Octopus Ceviche, Sea Scallop Benny, Shrimp Risotto and the California Sea Bass while drinking pinot noir.

Rudolph and his friends were overheard saying they loved the food and drinks, and were headed off to watch newlywed Jamie Lynn Spears perform at the rockin' country-style bar, Stoney's in Town Square.

On Thursday, June 29 Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino transformed its main room into the ultimate open-format destination as the nightlife mecca welcomed Las Vegas favorite DJ Vice to man the decks for an unforgettable Hakkasan Thursdays affair. Locals, industry leaders and clubgoers alike were in for a treat as chart-topping artist Tyrone Griffin, better known as Ty Dolla Sign made a surprise appearance and took over the fourth level hot spot for a live performance. The energy of the nightspot erupted with excitement as the rapper jumped atop the DJ booth and performed his hits including “Paranoid” and many more.  As the performance went on, renowned rapper, producer and actor Busta Rhymes appeared in the DJ booth. Following Ty Dolla Sign’s energetic set, the “Look At Me Now” lyricist too hopped on the mic and began to perform his fan favorites. The GRAMMY Award-nominated artist had the entire main room on their feet as they danced and sang along. The party continued into the early hours of the morning as DJ Vice spun his heart-pumping beats all night long.

Bellagio 's Next Epicurean Series Is Barbecue & Beer Secrets!

The next culinary adventure in Bellagio’s Epicurean Epicenter series will share the tastiest secrets of pairing beer and barbeque Saturday, July 5 at noon inside Tuscany Kitchen. Bellagio Executive Chef Edmund Wong will share grilling secrets and demonstrate the art of creating a fun and festive three-course barbeque menu, paired with exceptional artisanal craft beer selections by Bellagio Assistant Director of Beverage and Master Mixologist Ricardo Murcia. As host for this interactive luncheon, Bellagio Director of Wine and Master Sommelier Jason Smith will guide diners through each carefully selected pairing.

The afternoon will begin with an array of appetizing hors d’oeuvres such as gazpacho soup, deviled eggs, smoked almonds and popcorn, all designed to awaken the senses. The first course will feature Smoked Salmon with Lemon Ricotta blini, Salmon Caviar, Icicle radish, Fava beans and Honey Dill Mustard.
The main course will dazzle taste buds with a BBQ trio including Pork and Beans, Peppered Beef, served with broccolini and Shrimp and Chorizo, complemented with sugar cane and jingle bell peppers. Delicious side dishes to supplement the main course will include fried cauliflower with lemon and fenugreek; Rose’s rolls with honey butter, Roasted street Corn served with jalapeƱos, German-style potato salad, picnic coleslaw and grilled heirloom carrots.


The dessert course will round out the experience with sweet temptations such as Blueberry Pie, Beer Beignets with homemade raspberry jam and Beer Floats with orange-infused beer sorbet.

Friday evening, "Dancing With The Stars" pros Cheryl Burke, Mark Ballas and Sharna Burgess dined at TAO Asian Bistro with friends. The group, out celebrating the birthdays of Burke and Ballas, toasted to the two and enjoyed signature dishes including the Satay of Chilean Sea Bass. They later made their way upstairs into the nightclub where they continued celebrations. Keeping the party going, the group also stopped by Marquee Nightclub to enjoy DJ Chuckie's set from a VIP table.

Saturday afternoon, Cheryl Burke hosted her 30th birthday celebration at TAO Beach. Burke arrived on the red carpet looking gorgeous in teal bikini paired with a lace cover-up. She was joined by fellow DWTS dancers Mark Ballas and Sharna Burgess as well as her younger sister, Nicole. Burke and the large group of friends which included choreographer Bobby Newberry, took over the grand cabana overlooking the entire poolside party scene. Shortly after, Burke and Ballas were both surprised with custom three-tier birthday cakes. Ballas' cake also donned the words "Get My Name," celebrating the star's recent single. The birthday girl graciously posed for photos with several fans and was also seen snapping several photos of her and her friends throughout the celebratory afternoon.

Comedian Pauly Shore was also seen at TAO Beach, enjoying the daytime party and sounds of Eric D-Lux.
