Angel Debuts!! Joins cast of Absinthe at Caesar's!





Holly's World Co-Star, Angel Porrino made her debut as part of the cast of Absinthe at Caesars Palace last night.

She performed an exotic routine with a weather (and inside!) a weather Balloon.

One part vivid imagination, two parts carnival and a shot of old world
burlesque mixed with a heavy dash of decadence and you have ABSINTHE,
a unique show that takes place in the tent located Strip-side in the Roman
Courtyard at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

The LVCVA recognizes "Hospitality Heroes" at The Venetian!




Earlier today, the LVCVA made a stop at The Venetian and The Palazzo to recognize two of the resorts’ team members as “Hospitality Heroes.” The prestigious awards come during the U.S. Travel Association’s annual National Travel and Tourism Week. Among the honorees was David Wilhite, a founding team member of The Venetian. Wilhite embodies the true spirit of Venetian unmatched guest service even when facing personal adversities. The hospitality veteran, who recently underwent months of chemotherapy treatment, is a respected table games dealer and is admired among his fellow team members for his courage through personal challenges. Wilhite said it’s about always having a positive attitude. “I’ve never had a negative attitude in 25 years of being in the business. I really enjoy coming to work everyday.”

The LVCVA also recognized front desk agent Donna Magan for her sincere guest interaction and caring nature. She is heralded by her team members as a role model, mentor, leader and a friend. Every interaction Magan has comes straight from the heart and the pride she shows in her work makes her an invaluable asset to The Venetian. “I love The Venetian. I’ve been here for eight years and have no intentions of going anywhere else – this is home to me,” said Magan.

Last night (Tuesday, April 19), PURE Nightclub inside Caesars Palace welcomed Maxim cover girl Olivia Munn and Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks to host an exotic evening in celebration of the launch of Skyy Infusions Dragon Fruit. Exclusively for the event, the Las Vegas hotspot transformed into a chic garden of eden in honor of SKYY Infusions Dragon Fruit, the newest addition to award-winning line of innovative vodkas and the first nationally available dragon fruit infused vodka. As a special surprise for the guests, a bevy of slithering sirens emerged from the crowd at 11:30 p.m. and mesmerized clubgoers with their tempting dance moves as the two beauties, Munn and Ebanks, watched from their exclusive VIP table. McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino will host a dance competition for a cause Thursday, April 21. “Dance for Debbie: Battle Against Domestic Violence Fundraiser” in honor of Debbie Flores-Narvaez will bring talented dancers together to pop, lock and raise money for the The Shade Tree.

Las Vegas’ best dancers will join forces from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m. in this fundraiser for the late Florez-Narvaez. Contestants will compete in a two-on-two battle of popping, locking and freestyle or a four-on-four dance crew competition. Entry is $10 per person and the winner will be based on crowd participation.

Local funnyman Carrot Top (real name Scott Thompson) dined at Nove Italiano inside Palms Casino Resort Monday night.  Joined by a lady friend, they enjoyed dinner in the terrace.  They shared a Caesar salad, and for his main course, Carrot Top ordered a filet mignon
